Great - no issues - no unexpected or additional repairs.
Description of Work: Called as an emergency call and they showed up in a few hours, replaced the water-heater, shutoff valve and connectors - excellent service and response.

They made a total mess. They never cleaned up after themselves. The tile worker threw grout down the toilet. They are very unreasonable people. Any time there were issues they were combative, and even walked off the job. It took them 4 times longer than they anticipated. I would not use them in the future.
Description of Work: He ripped out my bathroom and put in new tile, a tub, fixtures etc. Prior to that they had installed our copper plumbing.
