Clear All Rooter Plumbing

We recently had a significant amount of work done by Clear All Rooter Plumbing, and we couldn’t be more impressed! The scope of work included: New Drains Under the Home: They hand-dug to remove the old cast iron main sewer pipe and drains for two bathrooms, the kitchen, and laundry. They replaced everything with new ABS piping, ensuring proper slope and sizing, and pressure-tested the entire system. New Angle Stop and Supply Line: They installed a new quarter-turn angle stop and 20” supply line for the toilet, replacing the old system. New Water Lines and Pressure Regulator: They removed the existing horizontal water lines and installed new PEX water lines under the house, along with a shut-off ball valve, pressure regulator, pressure relief valve, and hose bib. They even opened drywall to inspect a leak and added an access panel, securing everything with pipe clamps and offering a 30-year warranty. Install ABS Clean-Out: They hand-dug and removed the old cast iron pipe, replacing it with a new 3” ABS pipe and a two-way ground-level clean-out, ensuring everything was pressure-tested and the hole was neatly backfilled with native soil. Throughout the entire process, their professionalism was outstanding. We loved that they kept us in the loop at all times, letting us know when the technician was en route and sending us texts with photos of who would be arriving. They even took photos and videos of the work to explain everything in detail, helping us understand what was being done and why. The quality of their work was impeccable. As you can see in the attached photo, you can't even tell they dug into our front yard! They even went above and beyond by returning to check our gas pipes under the house, concerned there might be a leak. Their expertise is abundant, but when something was outside of their scope, they made knowledgeable and trustworthy referrals. It’s clear they care deeply about their customers, treating our home as if it were their own. Plus, the fact that they’re a family-run business really shines through in the care they put into every job. On top of all this, they offer financing options, which made the entire process even easier. These guys are scammers. I hired them to re-pipe my gas line after Socal Gas said there was a leak. They showed up and gave me a bit of &4795 for the job all inclusive. They wanted me to login on their website to start the process and I noticed that it said estimate. I called them up and said "absolutely absolutely not."You guaranteed me $4795 and I wanted it in writing. The owner Jose sent me an email guaranteeing the price would not be more than $4795, so I authorized them to begin. At the end of the first day and it was only a two day job, they requested a 50% halfway payment and since they had done a good job the first day I agreed and I gave them $2475. Big mistake. No good deed goes unpunished. The next morning Jose calls me and demand $1900 more for the job Saying that they had run into issues that involved re-piping and he wasn't going to continue unless I paid him another $1900. I told him that he had given me a guarantee in writing of $4795 and he said too bad that didn't include re-piping. When I told him that the scope of work clearly indicated that it involved everything needed to attach to the house, he demurred and said he wouldn't go any further. Since I had no gas service at the time, no hot water, no cooking, no furnace, no washer dryer, I was at a disadvantage and I had to finally agree to $1700 under duress. So the original guaranteed $4795 all of a sudden turns into.$6495.00 and that's how these scammers do business. He low bid the estimate to get the job but he never crawled under the house to check the connections. he guaranteed it in writing and then refused to continue the job unless I paid him $1700 more. The quality of the work by his guys was fine but this guy is a scammer and I wouldn't believe a word he tells you. He's got always some song and dance about why his guarantee wasn't any good so be aware. His MO is to lowball you on the job and then try to raise the price on you once he has you at a disadvantage. I filed a complaint with the state contractor license board and likely will be taking him to small claims court to recover the $1700 that he basically extorted from me.

Christian and his team of guys did an excellent job replacing pipes( sewer line repair) Christian explained the process and showed me pictures of my existing pipes that were breaking..i would recommend this company

Clear All Rooter was very responsive and communicative. I really appreciate the personal service. Christian provided excellent service. He installed our kitchen faucet efficiently, advised us on why our previous kitchen faucet deteriorated, and provided additional time to check out potential issues in plumbing. Also appreciated the clean-up after the faucet was installed.

I feel like I have found a plumbing company that does what it says it will do at the price quoted (which was lower than some other plumbing companies). Christian took the time to provide an explanation of what was done and more. You’re in my phone database for the future.

Clear All plumbing did a nice job installing the taskless water heater and gas lines in a prompt and timely fashion. They were thorough in their assessment of the work at hand and pointed out where the issues were and why it needed immediate attention. They also looked at the overall condition of existing plumbing and recommended possible future upgrades that could be looming. This house was built in 1952 and and many of the fixtures and pipelines are original. I appreciated the candid assessments and the extra effort they exhibited to prioritize my plumbing needs. I highly frome them.

Start to finish, Clear All Rooter's operation was professional, courteous and responsive. They were precise and clear in what needed to be done, spelled everything out in writing, arrived promptly, answered questions thoroughly, kept in close contact on the progress of the job, did a careful cleanup after work was complete, and restored--as well as one could expect, given the extensive nature of the work--the part of the flower bed which had to be dug up. We were impressed with this company and its crew, and would hire them again with confidence.

Cleared drain, very professional. Explained work as they were performing. Cleaned up all materials that were used. Very friendly.

Excellent - turns out the bathroom did not have enough ventilation by current building codes. They recommended I wait until I remodeled later this summer to have another vent put in so the contractor could repair the damage to the roof and stucco.

I had a toilet that had been improperly installed and was wobbly and leaking from the base when flushed. Christian and Christian inspected it and were able to fix the problem quickly with a new wax ring and new flange bolts. They also replaced the fill valve which was whistling after the flush. I definitely recommend Clear All Rooter.

Christian did a great job and even did a complimentary video inspection on both properties. That was helpful as it revealed I had a root problem that needed to be addressed.

Can’t say enough great things about these guys. Water heater went out and wanted to convert to tankless. They got me hot water in one day and finished the job in three, including a whole house drain replacement which they found (and other contractors didn’t). They weren’t the cheapest estimate but they use better quality products and the estimates include everything. I called them back a few months later for the main line sewer replacement. Again, gave me an estimate ahead of time, showed up promptly, got the job done in one day. I need some additional gas line work on my house and I'll be hiring them to perform the work. Love Jose and his crew.

They were on time. did a good work. they work in my house like they are in their own house and I recommend them.They were very polite as well over the phone and in person.

We had a main line problem, hired them to snake the drain. They pulled back roots and after camera inspection found out line was broken. They fixed my sewer line and did a great job getting us draining in a timely manner!!
