+ -1 moreStart to finish, a positive experience where a stressful situation was resolved competently and quickly. I was impressed to learn Dewey Johnson was one of the owners/principles of the company, taking a professional interest in a positive customer experience. Overall, a very highly recommended.
Description of Work: Attempted to replace a cracked commode, but quickly discovered I was in over my head. Contacted Action Plumbing s dispatcher, and was happy to learn Dewey was already nearby. He arrived shortly, assessed the situation quickly, and made the repairs look easy, including maintaining a supply of parts on hand in his truck.
