Barry was extremely professional, knowledgable, and punctual. His prices were very fair and he did excellent work. I would definitely use him again (but hopefully won't need to).

i contacted Barry when one of my tenants moved out and left me with damaged carpet (ink stain) in a very visible part of the unit. Barry came to take a look and was able to cut out the damaged area and replace with a patch from carpet in the closet.

The tile installer recommended Barry and we were very pleased with his work. There wasn't much extra carpet left at the doorway for Barry to work with but he did an excellent job. The ramp installed under the carpet was necessary to bring the two floors to the same level. Again, he did a great job and the transition is very gradual and barely noticeable. I'd say it took about an hour or less to do the work. He was on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up after he was finished. I would definitely use this company again.

I was very happy with the work that both of them did and the professional manor in the way it was done. Barry and his Son arrived on time, within a few minutes of each other, and immediately started working the job. They both showed up clean, their equipment clean and had all the equipment neede to perform the task as I defined. Barry was there for about 2 hours, and his Son, Cody for about 2 1/2 hours. The quality of there work was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. When I need carpet services in the future, I will definetly contact them again for any repairs or new carpet installation.

Barry did an excellent job and is a true professional. He was very flexible in setting up the appointment and called on the day of the visit to confirm. The work was great and in fact those steps look better than those by the carpet installer.

Barry first came out to give us an estimate, which seemed very fair considering the amount of work. These ripples have been a problem that has annoyed us for several years and was getting worse. Barry and one of his sons appeared on time on the scheduled day and went to immediately to work - the two worked non-stop for over three hours. As mentioned earlier, the job involved problems in four rooms (living room, master bedroom, and two other bedrooms). They did a beautiful job of completely eliminating the ripples by stretching and tacking down the carpet. They appeared to take no shortcuts in properly stretching the carpet from wall to wall; they also installed additional tackboards to assure the carpet remains tight. Their thoroughness left us convinced the problem will not reoccur. They were carefull in their clean up and left the house as they found it.

I was very impressed with the experience. Barry is very knowledgable and explained what he would be doing. He and his son completed the work in a timely manner and were very efficient. They were clean, efficient and professional.

Overall it was a great experience. Barry took his time and did an extremely nice job. The price was fair, no complaints.

It could not have gone better and Barry was really a nice, thoughtful, careful person.

Barry arrived about 15 - 20 minutes late which I thought was still reasonable given that the appointment was at 6 PM and traffic can be unpredictable. He called a bit before 6 to tell me he'd be late. He greeted my dogs and got right to work. He was social during the repair but remained focused on the task at hand. I didn't shop around for prices and haven't had this type of work done in San Diego before. His price to repair a four inch hole in my shag carpet using my spare carpet was $125. The job was very well done.

Berry had done a similar job for us several years ago so that's why we brought him in again for this one. He did a great job, making the transition from carpet to new floor just perfect. And, he even brought his own vacuum cleaner to clean up the area before leaving. The whole thing took less than an hour.

Our dog managed to remove the crate tray from the bottom of his crate, and then started digging at the carpet underneath. Because it is a berber-style carpet, once he got one or two loops up, he pulled the threads 6 inches or so, along two runs. From the moment Barry picked up the phone he was friendly and professional. He was able to come to our house two days after I first called him. He was on time, did the work quickly,and cleaned up after himself. He used some extra carpet we had to replace the section our dog damaged, and you cannot even tell where he did the work. Barry also inspected the carpet in all of our rooms, and made a few quick repairs to some other areas. He was also patient with our dog, and my very curious four-year old daughter who wanted to know exactly what he was doing. I wouldn't hesitate to use Barry again.

Very well. Barry made one trip out, found remnants too wrinkled, so he cut and rolled them and returned 2 weeks later to install. He called ahead even if only 10 minutes late; was very thorough and fair.

I used them twice. They were really great. They were very professional. They were very responsive from when I called them to when they did the work. They did exactly what they said they would do. I spent $130. The quote was exactly what they billed. I got exactly what I paid for. I will use this company again in the future.

Barry showed up on time and was very professional. He got to work immediately and knew exactly how to fix the carpet. He took extra time to show my two boys every step he did and each tool he used. When he was finished with the work, you couldn't tell the carpet had ever been cut, pulled back, or moved in any way. He cleaned up all tools, vacuumed all dust and left the area much better than when he came. It took him less than two hours.

Kyle showed up right on time. Went to work on carpet repair which was the reason for our call. Asked if he could fix two other problems. Said he could. Completed the carper repair (I cant tell where he patched it so it is that good). Left for another scheduled call and came back around 2:00pm to complete the additonal work we added. He was done in less than an hour. We are very pleased with the results.

The job was done fantastically, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased. We called and in less than 24 hours Barry was there to fix our carpet issues. It took him less than an hour and it turned out wonderful. He's work was flawless.

Called in morning, Barry came over in afternoon and finished the work within 2 hours. He had all necessary materials with him so job didn't require separate meetings for quote and repair to be done. He was efficient, friendly, helpful, and neat!

Barry was very nice and helpful on phone and in person. He came out the next day to do the job. Not sure how his price compares to other companies but it seemed fair. He was recommended by a carpet cleaning service we like so we just went with him.

I will definetely use them again for any repairs that we need.

BARRY ZAUSS IS THE OWNER AND HE TAKES SUCH PRIDE IN HIS WORK, I WILL USE AND RECOMMEND HIM TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS FOR CARPET. HE IS THE BEST AT INSTALLATION I HAVE EVER USED, I WILL NOT USE ANYONE ELSE.

THEY WERE VERY NICE, BUT THEY WERE TOO EXPENSIVE AND THE SPOTS THEY TREATED CAME BACK.
