This entity and its owner are a joke. Everything went fine until their action and lack of attentiveness resulted in a torn pool liner. On top of that, the owner's ignorance of not knowing, or wanting to immediately correct the situation has led to yard and pool stantion damage. The owner blames his life experiences, health, and others for his lacking of not getting the job done. In my opinion, Joe is very unprofessional and is not dependable, as he says one thing via text or call and either does nothing or is demeaning to his customers--the one's that pay his and his employees salaries. He told me he was selling the business, which would do the pool industry a great favor. He had to outsource the pool liner damage in two ways: hired a diver to patch the holes, but not all were done, and then an organization from Perris, CA to replace the liner because he did not know how to do it. Maybe he has never heard of YouTube, or those years of experience mean nothing at all. Never on time for repairs, constant excuses, and name-calling, and he will cuss you out and call you names when you call him on not sticking to his commitments. Not sure of his educational experience, but it cannot be much. He his not bonded or licensed so beware of allowing him on your property. Text from Joe shows his incompetence and unprofessionalism. Over two months after damaging the liner, I found someone to replace the liner, and they also corrected the plumbing that was incorrectly done by Sun Pool and Spa. I recommend finding someone else, as it would save you the hassle and probably money.
