+ -1 moreMr. Bailey came during the hottest part of the summer to diagnose our AC which had gone out. Replaced a capacitor and a service charge for 130.00 He could have told me the unit needed replacement for all I know. A very honest businessman. Just referred him to a friend. I like a one man business. Honest and quality work.

Description of Work: Needed to have rattling furnace checked during our first cold snap - able to come in a very reasonable amount of time, very thorough and courteous while performing overall assessment of furnace. Felt very comfortable that I was receiving accurate information and great service.

+ -1 moreWe highly recommend Steve Bailey's a/c & heating. He was referred to us by a friend who owns several rental properties and has used Steve for all his a/c and heating issues. We used Steve when he was first starting out over 20 years ago for a stove repair in a rental property we own. Since then, his business has grown considerably. We can see why....he is honest and does excellent work.
Description of Work: Very professional, on time, returned calls promptly. Steve's company actually installed a unit we already had purchased, but he and his workers did an excellent job with no delays, he installed all the duct work in a very restricted attic area (small). Left no mess behind, which was greatly appreciated by our tenant.

+ -1 moreThe service went fine. The repairs were done quickly and the air conditioner turned on immediately. The area was left in a very neat condition.
Description of Work: My central air conditioning quit working during the hottest week of the year. Steve came out and installed a compressor hard start kit and a dual run capacitor. He checked the freon level and ensured that the system was running fine. It was wonderful to have cool air again and it has been working perfectly. Steve was very professional and neat and explained everything to me. I was very happy and would recommend his work to everyone.
