The service went very well, he took me around the mobile home and pointed out everything that needs to be repaired and we sat down to go over the list of things to be done.

Danny and Andy are professional, efficient, respectful, conscientious workers. They are on time and cleaned up daily. Our family is very happy that our 90 year old Mother found Jordan Mobile Home Services! We plan on using their services again in the next few months.

They were responsive and got back to me very quickly. Due to their current work backlog they would have needed 2 weeks to get me a bid and another 2 weeks to do the work. I appreciated their honesty. I would contact them again. very professional.

It went awesome. My mom received a written itemized estimate, something she was unable to obtain from two other contractors that stopped by her place. The workers were very professional and respectful. I believe Jordan Mobile Home Service is a very honest contractor in an area that seems to be laden with scumbags wanting to take advantage of the elderly. Thumbs up!

They're really good, pricy but I didn't mind with him because you get what you pay for and you get high quality work with this guy. They're great. They did a good job. I would use them again in the future.

Jim and Tommy did a fast and great job removing the 40+ year-old original smaller door replacing it with my choice of a new larger standard size mobile home size Jeldwen door. This job entailed cutting a larger opening in the side of the mobile home, reframing the space where the new door would go and installing the new door. This was a complete job including creating new moulding around the interior wall around the door. They were very professional and took the time to clean up the work area when they were finished. I had Jim make a list of future improvements that I will be making to my older mobile home with Jordan Mobile Home Service. I trust them completely with all of my repairs.

Josh is beyond professional and this company is a one stop shop. They are so fabulous and they do it all for Mobile Homes! We knew from the mold testing company that there was nothing under the house from samples that came back. I knew I needed the roof fixed. They did a fantastic job. He showed up right on time and he put his booties on and went into my bedroom and checked out some stains on the ceiling. Then he went up on the roof and took a lot of pictures. He told me that the roof was in great condition. He mentioned that he found out where the leak was coming from, it was due to some caulking that came loose. They also mentioned that I needed to have my gutters cleaned too. He told me that he could do them too; He also fixed the roof, the ceiling was painted and the gutters were cleaned in less than 3 hours. He also told me that the last thing I should do is get my vents cleaned. He was informative in letting me know of another company that he referred who could do that work.

Releveled our manufactured home and fixed a leak they found under our home. I had received estimates from a company representative before the work was performed. And, these were the exact amounts I had to pay for having the work performed. I would definitely hire this company again, if I needed any further work done that they handled.

They did a beautiful job. They showed up on time and were very pleasant and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions, they were very professional. They cleaned up and I was just very happy with the whole thing.

I've used them 5 or 6 times and they were pretty good. They show up on time and they seem reasonably priced. They usually call if they are going to be late.

Jordan Contractor did the needed work repairs required in escrow instructions. His men kept the sising that was in the shed after doing a small repair. I reported the theft to the police and the state contractors board. Jordan never returned the siding or calls. I even heard his men arguing about keeping it while putting it in their truck.
