+ -1 moreExcellent. Jeff, the technician, arrived exactly on time. He was very professional and explained things about the units that I did not know. He changed out the filter on the heater and found that a wire to the A/C had been cut resulting in no air conditioning at all, just circulating air. He fixed that problem at no charge. I am completely satisfied with this company and will definitely use them again. I am considering a yearly contract.

Description of Work: They Assessed the situation and gave me the pros and cons for repair and replace option. They did not pressure me to make the most expensive choice. They replaced my furnace and AC coil unit.
