G&P CUSTOM FURNITURE UPHOLSTERY

My overall experience was great. They worked quickly and did nice craftsmanship at a VERY reasonable price. The only bad part that I can think of is that the batting or filling feels a little cheap. Maybe if I would have provided my own it would have felt more sturdy. But, it is a bargain for what you spend.

I basically sent out a RFP (request for proposal) for re-covering a chair to a number of upholsterers in Angie's. In the end, it was a no-brainer to select G & P Upholstering in Lakeside, CA. They were the second to call me within a day or two of me sending the proposal, among only two who bothered to reply in writing followed by a personal phone call, and their price was half of what a couple wanted. Their price included pickup and delivery, a real plus for a busy person. The scheduled pickup time was within minutes of the agreed-on time, as was the delivery. They also called to assure my satisfaction. I'm no expert, but I think they did a masterful job, and I am very happy with the result. All in all, in this day of uncaring service providers doing often shoddy work, this experience was an oasis in a desert.

THEY HAD A GREAT IN HOME ESTIMATION SERVICE. THEY PICKED UP THE ITEMS AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. THEY ADDED MANY NEW PILLOWS. THE FABRIC IS JUST BEAUTIFUL. THEY HAD A GREAT IN HOME ESTIMATION AND PICK UP SERVICE.

EXCELLENT QUALITY MATERIAL. WAS ABLE TO MATCH SOFA AND OTHER CHAIR WITH BEAUTIFUL MATERIAL. GREAT PRICE FOR QUALITY AND SERVICE.

HELPED SUGGEST AN APPROPRIATE UPHOLSTERY AND CLEANED THE WOOD FINISH UP TO A NICE SHINE.
