Great! My power went out in 2 rooms of my house. Romo quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. He restored power for me and installed a new subpanel. We are waiting on permits to complete the main panel upgrade. I'm very impressed with his work. Romo is an excellent electrician and takes pride in his work. And he charges very reasonably. He really cares about his customers. He even came out quickly to help out with a problem on an EV home charging outlet installation that was done by another company. I totally trust Emergency Response Electric and highly recommend them!

Romo and his team are professional, efficient and the project was completed within 2 weeks from the first consult. At diagnosis he determined I needed a new panel and updated breakers due to low power draw to the living room. He described the scope of the project and it was completed in 1 day. Would highly recommend this company for any electrical needs and will be calling again for any other electrical projects that come up.

Romo and his team are amazing. We first worked with them in 2018 on our old house and knew i could count on him and BJs team again. First class in productivity and professionalism. They were prompt in start our job right away and handling multiple different projects at one time including all electrical throughout the house and garage and the electrical panel, fixing plumbing in the garage and replacing the water heater, epoxy garage floors, and dry wall and insulation of entire garage. They left no mess when working and cleaned up after everyday. Our garage is now amazing functional. We can rest assured knowing our house is safe with electrical for our 2 small children.
