Description of Work: The garage tuneup was great. Replaced a broken spring and door works great. Paid 299.00 to fix 2 vents that were worth 40.00 total. Dog chewed one the next day. I was expecting a price of no more than 50.00.

Description of Work: I needed a new garage door, since my old one had cracked and broken. The representative came to my house, on time, and showed me a selection of doors I could pick, with a description of their specific qualities. I was also able to pick out a pattern for the windows at the top of the door. The pattern I selected did not come in the shade of white I wanted for my door. They were supposed to paint it before adding it to my order, but the paint can did not arrive when the door did, so it was installed with the original white color instead of the Glacial White to match the door. They offered to come and paint the panels, when the paint comes in, but so far I have not heard from them. I might decide to keep it the way it is, since my family mentioned that paint might flake off the panels eventually, while the door would not, leaving a look of disrepair.

Description of Work: It was great! We had a very loud garage door that we had tuned up. What an amazing difference. It will also help with long term wear on the door.

Description of Work: Repairman showed up on time and lubricated my door! Found a hinge that was almost ready to break and replaced it for an extra charge! Just about ready to leave and he found an adjustment that needed attention so he worked on that for a few minutes! Door does run smoother!

Arrived right on time; performed excellent work; very polite and carefully instructed me on programming the keypad opener before leaving. I love my new garage door opener. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Bought a Big Deal for a garage door tune-up. Prompt, courteous service. They fixed a slight misalignment and greased everything, which made the door and opener work much more smoothly. Very happy with the service.

Description of Work: My husband went to their shop to see about getting a part for our garage door opener. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They obtained the part, sold it to him at an excellent price. We will use this company in the future!

Description of Work: My house was built in 1929 and has a single garage. Randy came by the same day I called and discussed my options. The door would need to be custom and I also needed a new opener. I had met with several other companies and prices were a bit higher and the details provided were not as thorough. |Hopefully, I won't need another door or opener but I will recommend Randy to anyone.
