In and out in about a half hour. Again, excellent service. When I asked about replacing belt Pete said it didn't need it and I really didn't want to do it due to cost. Some folks would have tried to load me up with a new belt. Went over instructions showing where to lubricate. Highly recommend these guys.

A representative came and gave us an estimate on replacing an old wooden double garage door with a new steel door with windows. The price was competitive since we had several estimates and the installation went smoothly. The installer arrived on time and said it would take 2 1/2 hours and almost to the minute, it took 2 1/2 hours. The installer removed the old garage door and opener and replaced everything, took the old door away and left the garage clean. He was professional and courteous.

They are very nice people. They explained everything quite thoroughly. They provided good service.

Michelle explained the types of garage door openers and the remotes that were provided with them. After speaking to Michelle for about 10 minutes, I was sold! The price was absolutely fantastic and the professionalism in her explanation was superb! The technician arrived on time, was very knowledgable and within 30 minutes, the garage door was serviced, installed and ready for it's test run. I have never had an automatic garage door opener before, it is wonderful! Troy explained how the remotes worked, how to open the door if the power should go out, how to lock it if we are on vacation and how to turn the lights off and on. Very thorough, quick and easy. He then asked if any of our cars had devices within the mechanics of the car for remote access (something totally unexpected) and then programed each one of our cars! A step that I was certainly not expecting, but goes to show that Troy and Easy Open Door Company, are dedicated to customer service! Troy left a service sticker above the remote attached to the wall for easy reminders of whom to call if there are any problems or concerns as well (great marketing!). The installation was performed perfectly, no wire remnents or metal shavings, no fingerprints that needed to be wiped down and all our questions were answered with a smile! What a wonderful convenience this is, but even more refreshing is to find a company that performs their service economically, expertly and with a smile! A+ recommendation!

We live in a very old house with a very old garage door. Easy Door Company, Inc. came out promptly, gave an estimate, and explained the installation. The office staff called to set up an appointment with a window of time the week before. The installers arrived on time, installed the door and opener, swept up, explained how the door and opener worked, the guarantees, and the yearly oiling maintenance, put the old door and opener in their truck and they were gone. It was a pleasure to do business with Easy Door and the installers, Troy and Pete were great and professional.

Found Easy Open though Angie's List. After obtaining quotes from several installers, I went with Easy Open for reasons of price and patience. Michelle patiently fielded many emails from me over two months before I finally hired them. I wanted to find a wood roll-up door with windows at a decent price (most I found were around $5k). Easy Open referred me to the website of their wood door supplier, where I found a boneyard of second-hand doors. These doors were custom-made but then rejected for different reasons and couldn't be sold as new. I found a door, and Easy Open arranged the rest. Update: Just recently, I called to schedule the annual maintenance call on the door. Since everything was operating well, the Easy Open rep gave me instructions on basic maintenance that I could do myself, saving me the time and expense of a service call, which I appreciated.

They came on time, and did a perfect and I mean perfect Job...

We contacted the company on the morning of March 24th and the problem was described in detail over the phone. An estimate was given which included a $25 coupon. We were told a repairman would be out that day between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The repairman arrived at 11:30 a.m. evaluated the problem and promptly began working and completed the repair within an hour as well as doing general maintenance on the system. A complete explanation of the service was provided. Everything was done in a professional, friendly and timely manner.

The door at our house was a high end door. They could not get the windows that I wanted in when they installed the door. So they put in plain panels until the decorating panels came in. Then they came in and put in those panels. It was nice. They disposed the old doors for me. They responded quickly. There was some problem with the door at the rental after they installed it. They came right out and fixed it correctly. Their service and the care they took were very good.

The job was done just as agreed and the work was top notch. I love my new door and get compliments about it quite often. I liked the work so much I had Easy Open Door Co. also replace the door at a rental condo I own. That door was more of a standard-type door, much less expensive, but they still had to do some customizing to work around an existing soffit and the work went great. Both doors are functioning perfectly 6 months later, and I'm very pleased with both of the doors.

I called late Sunday afternoon - there was some urgency as the door was inoperative. My call was returned lst thing Monday morning. Set up appointment for that afternoon. Service technician arrived promptly. Quickly determined that the motor's gear drive needed to be replaced. Had necessary part available on his truck and completed the repair promptly. Lubed all moving parts. Checked to assure door was operating properly. Cleaned up the area and departed.

I was quoted 375.00 over the phone. After researching the brand of opener they quoted, I called them back and scheduled the work. The repair man arrived 20 minutes early: Did a thorough job of removing the old one, installing the new one. Then cleaned up and hauled off all of the packaging and the old opener, for the 375.00 quoted price. I give them an A Plus.

The entire team was very professional and responsive to the urgency (as I saw it) to have the work done - even to the point of accomodating me on a day they normally do not work, if that was needed. I was very impressed with the knowledge they conveyed, identifying the problem very quickly and providing me with explanations and options for repair. They even came back and did additional work on the garage door for no charge, which may not have been associated with the initial work. Very pleasant group to work with, highly skilled and professional. Will definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend them to others!

Excellent service. Technician (Pete) arrived within timeframe given over the phone (within 1 hour of my emergency call, as I could not exit garage). Identified problem, replaced broken springs and performed preventative maintenance all within 1 hour of arrival. Door works great now and operation is much quieter as well. He also took time to show me how and where to oil the hinges for continued quiet operation in the future. The technician was quick and professional and cleaned up after himself before leaving. They also honored a coupon savings discount even though I could not find it at the time. I would use this company again.

Two guys arrived on time. They were pleasant and polite. They checked all aspects of the garage door, lubricated it and replaced some missing bolts. The garage door now operates perfectly.

Everything went as planned. I already knew which brand and model that I wanted so when they came out to provide a bid, all we needed to do was measure and get a quote. I had priced the particular door at all of the major home improvement centers and found Easy Open to be the most economical. Also, if you buy from some hardware stores, you have to pay up front and then they send someone out to measure and make sure that you ordered the right size, etc. It made me uneasy to not know exactly how much the total would be before I committed to the purchase. Once I approved the work, I was told the door would take 2-3 weeks to manufacture....and it took about 2.5 weeks. Easy Open scheduled the install within a few days to meet my scheduling needs. The installation took a few hours, as promised. The guys were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They did forget to attach the decorative handles and so when I realized it the next day, I called and they scheduled to have them installed right away. It was obviously just an accidental oversight. I would highly recommend Easy Open Door. Not only did they do a great job, but they had the best price to boot.....and that didn't even include the manufacturer's rebate.

The service person was very professional. He diagnosed all the idiosyncratic problems which each door/opener, gave me options with prices and proceeded to smooth out the operation of each door. I've had other garage maintenance people out over the years, but this is the first person who really seem to know what they were doing. Went above and beyond to make sure things ran as smooth as possible. I will definitely be calling this company again when the motors finally poop out.

Part way through the installation, I remembered to look up EOD and printed the coupon which was for a free keypad. "No problem" replied the installer who was very professional and courteous. He had told me the install would take about an hour, which it did including setting up the new unit, adjusting and lubricating the door rollers, installing the new keypad, and all of the old hardware was removed. Our installer explained the operation of the wall unit, 2 remote controls and helped us set up the keypad. No surprises. EOD arrived on time, did just what they promised they would, and were finished on time. Just great service.

They arrived on time. Finished and cleaned up in a timely manner. A few weeks later we noticed a small area on the trim that had come lose. We made a phone call to them and they sent someone out the next day to take care of it. I would definitely use this company again as well as recommend them to anyone looking for a new garage door.

When I explained a possible conflict with the later part of the time range I was given, she made sure to note that and assured me that the technician would be there with plenty of time to spare. She was right; the technician came at 1:00 (with the range being 1-3 pm). He was prompt, professional, and thorough. I would definitely hire this company again.

I liked them a lot and they they were great and they fixed everything and they saw that it had to be a special ordered door and they could have swept better but other then that it was not bad and all in all they were good.
