Fabulous! He checked everything out, fixed what needed to be fixed and kept my grandson entertained!

I had called a different company the day before to fix my garage door they had said they would be there at a certain time and that did not happen. The next day I decided to try Angie's list to see if I could find a reliably company. I had called the easy open door company the girl on the line was very helpful and was able to squeezed me in that day. When the technician got there he fixed the door and serviced it in about 30 minutes. I would without hesitation use this company again.

It has never operated better. It seem to be better that the first installer left it. The service man was very knowledgeable. I would use them again and have recommended them to others.

EasyOpenDoor Company arrived when they said they would. I had complained of excessive noise when opening and closing the two garage doors. EasyOpen examined, tuned up and lubed both doors. They advised that the pressure for the door springs had maxed out.

The woman who answered my initial phone call was extremely knowledgeable - almost knew what the problem was from my over-the-phone description. Very professional too. Set up the appointment, told me who would be out and that we would receive a call when they were on their way, within a 2-hour timeframe. All happened as scheduled. Excellent communications and professionalism. We plan to have them return to do some recommended maintenance on the door.

Troy's patience and politeness spoke volumes of Easy Open Door Company. Troy apparently had a rough day, and made it in the last five minutes of the two hour window. Thankfully, I spoke to the store and they informed he would be running late...but was still on time. Troy called when he was on his way (great idea). The bottom seal on my Wayne Dalton garage door was not easy....I know because I tried to fix it myself. Typically an easy job, but it turns out my assistance was needed. I was glad to help and learn. He finished the visit lubing and fixing all the hinges on both my garage doors and replacing a squeaky roller.

Technician arrived on time, made repairs and adjustments quickly, very polite and professional. Door was working flawlessly when he left.

We bought a deal from Angie's list for a garage door tune-up and inspection for $54. Our garage door opener was not functioning when we moved in to the house in 2008, and we simply did not make getting it repaired a priority. I figured the company could tell us what was wrong with it and charge us another $100 or more to fix it. Boy was I wrong. This serviceman who came to our home was very professional, punctual and went straight to work diagnosing and repairing our garage door for no extra fee outside of what we paid for our Angie's List deal. Although it was a simple repair and did not take long, I really appreciated not being gouged for a service simply because I was unable to do it myself. He also let us know what additional repairs we might need, but assured us it would be several years and was not urgent. I was shockedat his honesty. If and when I do need repairs, I will definitely be using this upstanding company again.

The service was needed on Monday, however the first available appointment was on Tuesday. The Serviceman arrived on-time, at the beginning of the time range estimate I had been given. The repairman was polite, well-mannered, courteous, and did an excellent job. He was professional, and organized. I would call them again for service, and wold recommend the company.

The owner came out with very little notice to provide a quote. A couple came out 2 days after the quote as planned and did a beautiful job installing our garage door. The spent some time with me showing me how to maintain it and work it. I was very, very pleased. we added some beyond standard features and are glad we did. The heavier door prevents the garage from heating up as much on the hot days, and the windows let in a lot more light than I expected during the day. The cost was in line with what others charge. I gave it a "b" simply because an "a" would mean less than others. I was happy to spend what I did to work with this company and get the quality product and installation. Thanks!

I was quite happy with the service. The technician took the time to show me how to lubricate the door myself and even left a complimentary can of lubricant for me.

Troy did a fantastic job! He went beyond just the broken spring on the one door. He lubricated and adjusted the other garage door. He was friendly and efficient. I will definitely hire this company again if I have any garage door trouble.

Arrived on time and was done in an hour

Called and received choice of service time; the individual came on time, listened carefully to what the problem was, assessed same on his own and went to work. He was prepared, the problem was fixed, he explained what he did and why and then left. It was a very pleasant experience.

Outstanding! They were a very responsive company. The technician that responded was extremely professional and experienced. He took care of all matters to make sure my door was operating well. I believe he went above and beyond what you get with other companies for the same type service. I would definitely call and use them again.

When I called, an appointment was scheduled for the next day. The technician arrived promptly, replaced the garage door springs as scheduled, and provided information as requested about possible future work. I will not hesitate to use this company again in the future.

First of all I apologize for being so late with this report. Imade appointment on 4/25/12 t0 replace one of my garage door openers. They arrived the next day on time and went right to work. Every moving part on my garage door was lubrecated and a missing bolt was replaced.The new opener was installed with a wireless control on the outside of my garage. The wireless control and the bluetooth in my van was programed in a matter of minutes and all work was finished in less than an hour. They cleaned up after themselves and was on thier way. Iwas very impressed with thier efficiency. I would hire them again.

Got an estimate for a custom door that was reasonable compared to HD. Didn't want to use HD anyway since they sub-con the job out anyway and I've had a poor experience in the past with HD. Went back and forth considering different options and they always responded promptly. Door arrived earlier than expected and the install went without a hitch. The installers were experienced and so everything was done very quickly. Cleaned up after themselves. So far, no problems at all.
