Description of Work: I contacted this company via e-mail on their web site, Michelle got back to me by phone. She was very polite and did get back to me with a price for the garage door replacement that I was looking for. I did not use this contractor because another contractor was "Johnny on the spot" with contacting me, coming out and giving an estimate for the service.

Description of Work: My garage door was acting up--something was wrong with the springs. It was difficult to open and close manually and would not stay open. It was obviously out of alignment. I purchased a special garage door tuneup that was advertised on Angie's List for $54.00. I set up an appt. with them and their technician came out. He worked on fixing and tuning up my garage door for about an hour and it was obvious he knew what he was doing. The problems were resolved. Their representative was very polite and there was no additional charge. I was grateful for their good service and good price. I had been putting it off due to a tight budget but was afraid the door was becoming a hazard. I would recommend their service and would use them again.
