+ -1 moreJonathan was prompt and professional and put me at ease that he understood the anxiety this caused me and proceeded in a systmatic way to place traps so that my dog would not easily reach them and was available to come back as soon as I called if I saw something. He did return and dispose of the "rat". (I cant even say the word without making a face). I asked him to extend the traps for a week, just for my peace of mind that we got the only one. Just knowing I now have someone good to call takes away any fear of any future need.
Description of Work: I had evidence of a mouse in the house and my over the counter poison baits had not gotten rid of it

+ -1 moreJon investigated and did not find any droppings. He set traps in key locations, including where I heard the noises and where they would likely travel. He came back twice and found the traps were untouched. It's good news to find out there were no mice, and the noises must have been from on top of the roof.

+ -1 moregreat, except he never picked the traps up. I had to call. When he came to pick the traps, he suggested another round of traps and to seal off entry ways. He caged off the external entries but never came back to pick up the traps. I believe the traps are empty because there is no smell.

Description of Work: We live next to an avocado grove and we have a "rat palm tree" (a rat palm is evidently what a certain kind of palm tree is called where rats like to nest. We noticed some evidence that we may have had some rodents in the area, so we decided we needed rat extermination/elimination. For the first few months he was amazing. I had been on the monthly plan. The last 2 months we had not caught any rats in the traps. We had been been catching anywhere from 2-6 rats per month. Since everything had slowed down, I switched to the every other month plan .Again, things were fine initially. Then, one night I went out into our dog kennel and caught a juvenile rattle snake. I called Johnathon the next day to let him know what had transpired, and ask him to please come out ASAP. He stated that he was not scheduled to come to my house until the following week, but he would see what he could do to get here sooner. The following week came, and I assumed he had not come at all. He knew to always call me when he is about 30 min. away, so I could put my dogs inside and unlock the gate. The only way I knew he had actually come, was my neighbor had seen his vehicle out front of my house. I had been home all week. Nobody rang the door bell. Nobody called any of our 3 phone numbers. There were no tags or notes stating that he had been there and missed us, etc. He knew the urgency of the situation (we had discussed it during my initial call to him telling him about finding the juvenile rattler), because with a juvenile rattler, there are usually more, and I needed to eliminate their food source. I didn't find out until the following week (from my neighbor, who mentioned she had seen his vehicle) that he actually had shown up. I called him to find out what happened. He stated he forgot to call me before coming, and he didn't want to bother us by ringing the door bell. He said he would come by the following week, because he was really busy that week. I never saw him, or heard from him again.

+ -1 moreGreat. Jonathan was very efficient and really knew what he was doing. He inspected our attic the day after we called for an appointment, found two points of entry and sealed them right away. He set traps and three days later returned to recover all trapped rodents. We asked him to rebate the traps for one more round, to be sure they were all caught. All in all, it was quick and very professionally done. No more rats!
Description of Work: We had rats in the attic and needed them removed, along with closing off access to rats and other rodents.

My monthly service has been wonderful, and regarding my other pest emergency, mice/rat infestation; they were successfully trapped, removed, droppings cleaned up, and their entryways secured. It was supposedly taken care of but we figured it wasn't very thorough as there were still roaches coming from everywhere. We called, Johnny, from Critter Gitters and he came right away and took care of our problem. He was very thorough and explained everything that he did for us. He even caulked any cracks he saw that roaches would be able to get through from the outside! Since the help from Critter Gitters, we have had no issues whatsoever with roaches! Super happy with the results, and we highly recommend their services to anyone having issues with pesky bugs!
