CHRISTIAN BROTHERS FLOORING

Our flooring looks amazing. Christian Brothers has an extremely professional team of installers. Their attention to detail and quality of their workmanship are the reason we have a beautiful hardwood floors that we will enjoy for years to come.

We purchased through Costco, very fair price and good job doing the install.

The Sales Rep brought a trainee (who was way more professional than the Rep was). The sales rep didn't bring samples in anything I asked for and promised he would send the trainee back to my home with some options that I asked for. I never heard from them again. If the initial visit had gone well I would have pursued a call back visit. The initial visit left a bad taste in my mouth. The Sales Rep was unprofessional when he finished doing measurements in my room then literally pushed some boxes out of the way with his foot and then proceeded to "clear" off a space on my console table for his clipboard with the back of his arm! So tacky. I won't go into how he was dressed because it really doesn't matter what he was wearing, the deal was off when he showed his lack of respect for someone else's belongings. I really am surprised because this is the company referred to me through Costco.

All went well; we bought this carpet via Costco.

I did not seek out Christian Bros. via Angie's List because I have worked with them off and on over years and they have always done a good job. Victor was prompt, courteous and informative. He succeeded in removing carpet stains that have been left behind in the past and worked very h****** the couch, which was a challenge (covered in flea powder). Furniture was moved to accommodate cleaning and plastic tabs and raisers were used where appropriate. Victor gave me the post-service literature regarding the drying of carpeting and made sure I knew I needed to read it.

They were terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. They floor looked amazing after it was fully done.

OUR SALESPERSON, MARC, HE WAS VERY PLEASANT, AND EASY TO WORK WITH. WE HAVE HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE WITH THE LAMINATE FLOORING EXPANDING TOO MUCH, AND FEELING CRACKLY UNDERFOOT, BUT WE HAD ONE ADJUSTMENT THAT HELPED A LOT (I THINK WE ARE DUE FOR ANOTHER ONE NOW). NO PROBLEMS AT ALL WITH THE NEW CARPETING. BOTH THE CARPETING, AND THE FLOORING WERE DONE METICULOUSLY, CAREFULLY, AND IN UNDER 10 DAYS FOR THE WHOLE THING.
