Christian Brothers Cleaning & Restoration

My last work involved the family room (stuffed chairs, sofa, and wall to wall), the kitchen counters and tile floors. In our 2-room library, they cleaned a chaise and a recliner as well as the wall to wall. As an example, several of our dogs like to wash their feet to soothe themselves after dinner, or before bed. That's all well and good, but it seems their tongues are larger than their paws. As a result, they end up licking our chairs at the same time. And there's nothing like food soaked saliva after it's dried on your chair. The look is bad enough; the feel of a chair that's somewhat crunchy in spots is truly disgusting. After Christian Bros finished, the chairs looked brand new - smooth, soft, etc. The guys were great, very careful and very respectful of our office space where we stayed during the cleaning. They were courteous and very nice to our pack of small dogs. And they left everything perfect, with the furniture all placed properly. Amazing!

They did a great job and seemed like good and nice people. They were very professional. They also added Scotchguard treatment so hopefully that helps reduce the stains. This house is a rental and we had new carpet that was really dirty after one year. So we had them do the job.

I called in to office and spoke to a friendly well trained employee. I scheduled an appointment and the gentlemen were friendly and on time. They came in and answered all my silly questions and handled my furniture like it was their own. When they left the entire room looked brand new. I will ONLY use them.

I used this company to do all of the path areas in my home in January. We paid a little extra for the protection plsn. In April, I spilled a large cup of coffee in the upstairs office. While it ried my best to clean it up, it was too big to clean. I called Christian Brothers and they said no problem. The very next day they came out and made the rug look like new again. They also asked if I had any other spots that I could not get out and cleaned those as well. I also had had 4 x6 area rug in my kitchen that they had cleaned during their first visit and I asked if they coul clean it again. They did. For the 1-1/2 hours it took to perform this work, there was no charge because of the protection plan I purchased. I was so happy I gave them a nice tip. These guys really are too good to be true!

Arrived promptly, let us know that some of the stains may not come out (wool rug),but they would do their best to clean the stained areas.

They did a very thorough job and I would highly recommend their services. They were professional, hardworking and extremely courteous.

The whole experience with christian brothers was wonderful. Our carpets were trashed, My husband and I thought for sure that we needed to get new carpet, but we could not afford that large of an expense this year so we thought we would slide by with a cleaning and just live with it for another year. My mother has been using christian brothers for many years and recommended them to me. Mark the owner came out to give us an estimate, I was a little shocked at the cost, but he seem to really know what he was talking about. We went ahead and scheduled a cleaning for the following week. The cleaning crew arrived on time, were very presentable, and got straight to work. The carpet turned out fantastic! The next day 2 spots reappeared. Christian brothers came back out and retreated those spots, and they seem to be gone for good. My carpet looks like new. My husband is happy that we wont be needing to buy new carpet for years to come.

Christian Brothers continues to wow me! Not only did the owner Mark come out and give me a personalized carpet cleaning and grout cleaning estimate, but he also called to follow up, and then was able to schedule a cleaning for the next day. He and his helper arrived on schedule and spent close to two hours performing many steps to get my carpet as clean as possible. Mark even got on his hands and knees and scrapped some kind of goo off of my sliding closet doors - even though this technically had nothing to do with the carpet! He explained the entire process thoroughly, pointed out several concerns with the carpet installation (just as an FYI, not as a sales pitch or anything), and did not pressure me to purchase the grout cleaning (which I decided to go another route with) or the scotchgard (since keeping these carpets are only a short-term solution.) The icing on the cake were the two powerful air movers that they left to dry the carpets over night so my move could occur on time. This was another great experience with a great company, and I will definitely recommend friends personally try Christian Brothers.

The service was amazing. They were very friendly and nice. It is family owned and they really give a lot of attention to detail.

They are a little more expensive than other companies. They go above and beyond with everything they do. They are the supreme carpet cleaner in my experience with carpet cleaners. They really are perfect.

We had a flood from our upstairs bathroom that went through one of our walls into the kitchen. Christians brothers came out within 30 minuets of our call!!! They had everything dryed and ready to go in less than three days including taking up sections of our drywall. Because of there fast response they also saved us from having to replace our cabinets and from any mold problems. They were very professional and absolutly a plesure to work with. We felt like they cared more for us as a family than the pay check they were going to recieve. We highly recommend them.

Initial contact with the office staff was pleasant and it was very easy to schedule a service appointment. The receptionist was even able to give me an estimate based on the square footage of each room. However, a week later when they were supposed to show up they were 15 min late, so I called the office to enquire about the delay. Turns out the receptionist somehow back scheduled my appoint by a week so no one was scheduled to show! Now, normally I would have walked away from this company right then and there but she got the owner, Mark, to give me a call and he assured me he'd be over in less than 40 minutes. Sure enough, about 30 minutes later Mark, along with a co-worker, showed up at the house ready to do the job. He apologized for the scheduling mix-up and they began to work on our carpets right away. Mark walked through the house, noting the type of wear or stains that might prove difficult to get out and then they went to work. These guys are thorough professionals! They wore plastic booties (even gave me some extra to keep), used plastic wall protectors, and gave me a lifetime supply of stain remover (just need to call them for a refill). My 100% wool carpets were cleaned efficiently and safely and they were dry in less than 24 hours. Christian Bothers was a little pricier than some of the other companies I contacted but I really liked working with a business owner and not just a representative of a larger company. Even though there was a snag with my appointment I intend to use Mark Brother's the next time I need my carpets cleaned! Grade A!

I called Christian Brothers this afternoon on recommendation of my HVAC contractor. The Christian Brothers receptionist was very helpful and took my information, telling me that her inspector Gabe would likely be able to come out to my property that same afternoo! Gabe returned my call within minutes and arrived promptly as promised to look at the condo I'm buying. He came in to the unit, and addressed the small amount of water damage around my in-closet A/C unit and under the kitchen sink - saying that there was no mold problem! He even scanned the nearby carpet areas and wall for the water that would signal the presence of hidden problems. He educated me on what to look for in terms of future mold growth in my A/C closet, and how I could use paint or contact paper to solve the small cosmetic damage under my sink. After about 15 minutes he had addressed all the potential problem areas, and told me that in his opinion I did not need extensive mold testing or restoration. This peace of mind is priceless to me the first-time homebuyer, so I'm completely ready to pay him for his professional opinion and time at this point. But wait, it gets better! Gabe charged me $0 for the visit,saying that it was his practice to offer these informal visits por gratis. WOW. From start to finish this was the most ideal, professional, timely service I could have imagined. Bravo!

I have used them a few times because they are efficient, they come on time, and they do a good job. Their prices are reasonable. You can’t tell that they’ve been here once they leave except that your carpet is clean. I think the drying time is comparatively short.

I have always had a good experience them.

Team including owner/manager and two able assistants arrived on time. The various cleaning tasks were done quickly and effectively with excellent results. Special care was taken to avoid any harm to the house or furnishings. Owner/ team leader provided a running commentary including many useful hints to me on how best to maintain the floor coverings in the future. All-in-all the service provided was of the highest quality. Follow-up service was willingly and promptly provided to correct one minor flaw.

We've used them before for regular carpet cleaning as well. They're not inexpensive, but they're very good. I've tried less expensive places, but they just don't clean as well.

Excellent overall. There are the couple of spots on the deck furniture that didn't come out but are a whole lot lighter now because of Victor's hard work.

He was very professional. He had a very thorough estimate for the job but he was just too expensive. His way of doing it was way beyond what we thought was necessary. We therefore went with another company who cleaned it in another way and it actually proved to be successful. Christian Brothers bid was too invasive and too expensive. He quoted $500 but we got it done by the other company for $200. We had dog urine spots all over the master bedroom area. The dog urine stays damp for a long time. So this other company had a stick where they would poke the area and it would register and make a funny little noise, so we were able to see the areas that were wet. I had another company come in and we were able to treat it with an enzyme which Christian Brothers said that we could do two. He said more than likely we would have to take the carpet up, get rid of the padding and treat the wood which would have been a very thorough process. He also would come in with a black light at night to may be identify the areas. They were very thorough but just too much beyond our budget. The process seemed too long to me and as it turned out the other company was able to at least get it to the point where it was acceptable for me. The company was very nice and he was a very nice man. The guy who came from Christian Brothers was a terribly nice person. He did the follow up and it was a very professional company. I would definitely contact them again but I would want to know what it would cost me to do it in the process. I would use their services again in the future.

Overall the entire proceedure ran smoothly.The air scrubbers are a bit noisy as you can imagine, but nessesary.each day they would come in put on thier shoe covers and get to work,no messing around.I can't imagine going through something like this with out Christian Bros.They are great people and do a wonderfull job, and I am not related to them.They even helped get all the info to the insurance company. making it fairly painless.

They were fine and competent. They were right here when they were scheduled to be here, and were neat about it. They protected the furniture from the carpets. They did a pretty thorough job and offered to come back if there were any problems. It is about a 15 years old carpet. I wouldn't use them again now, because I have just had my floors redone.

I called for an estimate. The owner came out and measured the rooms I wanted cleaned. He gave me a brochure explaining his cleaning products and excellent reputation. He was very professional. When I found out he was also a member of a service club (Rotary) it was just another plus. I called his office for an appointment. The first opening that fit my schedule was schedule was a week away. It was a long week of waiting - but well worth the wait. He gave me a $75 discount because I am a member of Angie's List.

We called for an appointment and we were scheduled for the date we requested. On the day of the service the technician called several times to update us on his time of arrival since he was running a little late. We were impressed with the way the technician performed the cleaning and also how he protected our furniture and walls so as not to leave marks with the hoses and wires. Mark, the owner, also called to advise us of the later arrival. Even though only the technician was supposed to be here Mark joined him later to make sure the job was completed as promised that day. Mark also offered to leave two large air blower units overnight to aid in the drying of the carpets. Those helped greatly and Mark dropped by the next day to pick them up. We were very happy with our first experience with this company. They answered all of our questions and provided first class service. We would recommend them to anyone desiring a first class job.

They do an excellent job as far as quality is concerned, but they are very expensive. They charged us over $1000 to get the work done in our house and some places advertise like $50 a room. They are very pricey, but provide good quality. The primary job that they do for us is carpet cleaning. I am sure other people do a good job as well, but I can?t convince my wife to try anybody else. I don?t think we have used them in an emergency situation like somebody spilling ink on our carpets. We don?t make an appointment, but they always show up. I have never had an issue with that, but it?s always scheduled. They are a very professional organization.
