The nicest people you ever want to meet. They left us with dozens of booties, a bottle of carpet cleaner and a guarantee they'd clean up if there was a stain we couldn't remove. Very professional. We are using them again next month.

Christian Brothers Cleaning & Restoration did an excellent job, excellent. It's a fairly extensive, well known carpet cleaner and floor cleaner. In my case, I just had the carpet. They're a really classy operation. They were very courteous and helpful and did what I consider an excellent cleaning job. They cleaned the living room, the master bedroom, two or three other bedrooms, kitchens. It's a very large home. They cleaned all the rooms.

Victor came on the scheduled day and was so polite and courteous. He viewed the carpets, set plan of attack and went at it. He worked non-stop with no interruption totally focused on cleaning the carpets. He we dressed professional and showed great pride in his work. We have had others come to clean off of Groupon deals and I will never bother with that again. This company has my loyalty to do the job. Price is fair and the work is excellent. Do not pass on using this company. The quality work will save you money in the long run compared to the so called big discount coupon deals. I received a 10% discount for using them from finding them on Angie's List. They followed up with calls and letters to make sure we were pleased with the work. Heck Victor sent us brownies! HOW NEAT IS THAT! THAT' PRETTY NEAT!

One of the owners came out to give me an estimate. He was very thorough in his explanation of their services and options. He was able to fit me in on short notice for a cleaning later in the week. The service tech came out on time and got right to work. He protected the wood floor and door jambs. He first used his high-power vacuum to vacuum the carpets and went back with his cleaning solution and extractor. THe carpets looked great when he was done. He set up fans as he worked to reduce drying time. He also protected all the furniture legs with plastic squares under the feet. The carpets were dry to walk on by late that night and looked great. The service tech answered all my questions and was thorough and knowledgable. The service was more expensive than competitors but I felt like they were extremely thorough, knowledgeable and responsible. If I had any trouble spots or stains, they said they would come back if they reappeared. I didn't have any of those but that was a nice offer. They called to follow up and see if I was satisfied a few weeks after the cleaning. I feel good about the job they did and their professionalism and I would hire them again.

I had a huge dust storm in my home from installation of new granite in my kitchen (wasn't expecting the dust). My furniture was all new. I tried to vacuum myself but realized that I really didn't have the power or the time so I called Christian Brothers. Victor did a fantastic job. He was exactly on time. The dust on the fabric was invisible anyway so what impressed me most was that he was so careful with my new wood flooring and stairways. He put down a drop cloth to protect the floor from the drag of the hose and had special corner pieces to protect the corners of the walls and stair pieces. He was extremely nice, conscientious and seemed to love his job.

It was several hundred. dollars, but I don't recall the exact price. They were honest. If they were not able to do something, they told me it would not work. They had knowledge on fabric. The tiles turned out really good. I would give them top marks across the board.

Our carpets were more soiled than normal because of a recent construction project. (We had the carpets cleaned by another company just four months ago at the end of that project, but were not satisfied with the results.) We needed someone to do a thorough job, not just a quick and inexpensive one. It was obvious during the cleaning that Martin was not only very pleasant, helpful and informative, but also that he took pride in what he was doing and was very experienced as he took extra steps in the process that previous technicians had never used or offered. Once the carpet had dried, it was clear that this was the best cleaning our carpets have ever had. Granted, Christian Brothers' services cost a bit more than some others, but the end result made them a better value.

Martin was the person who cleaned our carpets. He did an excellent job. He was extremely careful and thorough, and the carpet looked fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company and was very impressed with Martin. Our carpets were pretty stained and he worked on them a long time.

Victor called to say he was on his way, and arrived at the appointed time. We walked the house together to determine what areas were to be cleaned and I pointed out where I suspected my cat had forgotten where his littler box was. Victor was able to pinpoint those places with his special tool, and since they were old stains, I chose to replace that part of the carpet. Victor vacuumed from his truck, placed protecting guards on the corners of the rooms. Then cleaned the carpet, got my approval, and gave us booties to wear until the carpet was dry. Being a warm, dry day they were almost completely dry several hours later. The carpet looks good and feels clean. We think it was the best carpet cleaning we've had. It was more expensive, but I think definitely worth it. No high pressure for add ons. He also left us a bottle of spot cleaner. He was extremely professional and I believe he said he'd been with the company 23 years.

It went great, they did a really thorough job and the carpets looked wonderful when they left.

When he was done, Victor asked me how I thought it looked, I liked the fact that he asked instead of just having me accept the result as final. The lipstick stain was removed but the arms still looked a little dirty. I asked Victor to please go back over them and he graciously agreed. When he went over them the second time they came out looking great. He had removed the floor protection after the cleaning but a few drops landed on the carpet when the arms were re-cleaned. He was very efficient at vacuuming up any solution that dripped on the floor during this second cleaning. When he finished, the sofa looked great. We were very happy with the results. Victor even gave us a bottle of cleaning solution to use on carpet spots, even though we did not have the carpet cleaned. This was our first time to have upholstery cleaned and I will definitely use Christian Brothers in the future! .

They arrived on time. Gave me an estimate that I agreed with and they cleaned the carpet throughout the condo.

I was impressed with the reviews for Christian Brothers, and decided to give them a try for our annual carpet cleaning. Wow, the reviews are entirely accurate! I made an appt. with a very pleasant lady on the phone about a week before our cleaning was to be scheduled. She gave me a window of time the team would be here, and they did show up towards the late end within that time period. I rcd. a phone call telling me they were running late. The owner of this great business, Mark, came in person, and very kindly explained to me about the services to be performed. He also looked at our tiled floors and advised me about the feasibility of having them professionally cleaned in the future. Mark is a sports fan, and we had a fun conversation about our local teams while he measured the rooms and gave me an estimate for the cleaning. The second man with the actual carpet cleaning van (Victor?) was also very pleasant. Once he arrived, they both went to work and did a fantastic job in a very quick period of time, maybe two hours for multiple rooms and stairs, some heavily stained with pet problems. Mark very kindly placed fans in the cleaned areas so they dried very quickly, and he even let me borrow the fans over night so the carpets were completely dry in less than 24 hours. The carpets looked like new when they were done! Mark gave us a complementary bottle of spot cleaner and showed me how to use it. He also found a small tear in our carpet near the patio door, and came back to fix it ( for free!) the very next day when he returned to pick up the fans. This was service way above and beyond the call, and we will definitely call Mark and Christian Bros. for future service, and wholeheartedly recommend this fine company. Btw, the Padres won three in a row (sweeping LA!) during the period Mark was doing the work over here, so maybe we should schedule another cleaning asap?! Thank you!!!

Hector showed up on time, and was very pleasant and professional. He immediately started with the carpet cleaning and lastly, the grout in the kitchen tile. He did a fabulous job on both, but he was unable to remove some stains in the grout. So, I had to recontact them to see if they could recommend on how to remove a few mold stains that remained in some of my tiles in the kitchen. The owner and Hector both came back a second time with some solvents that removed the stains, and cleaned my tile for a second time. At no additional cost. I was very happy with the service they provided and highly recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning - and grout cleaned - by Christian Brothers. I would use them again for my future needs.

This was our first experiene with Christian Brothers and they were wonderful to work with. They were pleasant on the phone and were able to give us an estimate by telephone. They met our needs as to a date to perform the work and arrived on time. The carpet and chair were well cleaned and the workers were very careful about our home and furnishings. A week later we had them back to stretch two rooms of carpet that had buckled and, again, they arrived as scheduled and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend this company.

This was a superior job performed by professionals who are proud of their work and care about their clients. I strongly reccomend Christian Brothers and will use them again when the need arises. Absolutely no "Don'ts" to report.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. I had an initial concern where there were ripples in the carpet. I was told they would go away a few days after the cleaning and they did.

Everything went smoothly; from setting up the appointment to the actual work. They did have to modify the originally scheduled time a bit but called well ahead to explain. The technician then called 30 minutes ahead of the new appointment time as planned and I was able to meet him at the condo. One of the two chairs was quite stained and he explained that he might not be able to get all the stains out but that it would definitely look a lot better. He was confident that the stains and dirt could be removed completely from the other chair. As it turned out, both chairs came out looking almost like new and were very clean. The technician was polite and friendly and cleaned up completely before he left. I was impressed that the owner of the company called me shortly after the work was done to check on how satisfied we were with the service. It was definitely a good experience and I would not hesitate to use them again. Their price for the two chairs was similar to what I received from other companies that I called so I believe it was a fair price.

I was very pleased. Their price was great and the work was done well. They really took their time to make sure it was perfect.

They were very professional young men who cleaned our house. We are presently renting our house and have a baby running around the house. The young men were very polite and courteous and made my family feel at ease. They made sure to start upstairs so that our daughter could take her morning nap while they worked on the downstairs. One thing I would like to point out is that they were kind enough to leave the blowers in the house to let our carpet dry faster so that my little girl could play in the afternoon downstairs. The owner actually came by in the am to pick up the fans and at no extra charge. If you want to get what you pay for then this is the company you want to hire despite the cost. Customer service is A++. Thanks again and will plan to use you all in the future.

I have worked with Christian Brothers over a very long time and have always been happy with the results. CB keeps up with technology and current products. This time, an old-but-quality bedroom carpet cleaned up beautifully--looks fresh and new and I will not have to replace it. Sofa and chairs clean and crisp. Other floor areas are protected while they work and I have never had damage. And Victor is an amazing worker; he never stops moving! In the bedroom, he moved the bed/furniture in order to clean the entire floor. Happy customer!

I researched Angies List and my carpets warranty requirements. This company had the required certifications and a number of good reviews on Angies List. The carpet is only 18 months old- no stains, but warranty requires regular cleaning. Mark came out and met with me and assessed the carpet and gave me an estimate. I really can't say much about their costs related to other companies as I didn't call for any other estimates; my priority was to get a good job, not a cheap one. He also gave me a bottle of their spot remover/cleaner. I really liked that he didn't over sell anything. He could see that the carpet was new and had no need for heavy cleaning. He applied the new customer/Angies List discount. He completely described what they would do and what we needed to do to prepare. They called when they were on their way that morning. He and his son performed the cleaning. They set up protections for wall corners and other floors. Vacuumed thoroughly and the applied cleaner and steam cleaning. He estimated the floor would be dry by evening as it was a lighter cleaning and he was right. I would highly recommend them and intend to continue to use them for my future cleaning needs.
