Christian Brothers Cleaning & Restoration

Carefully covered the rug and floor around the sofa and the hallway leading to the cleaning truck outside. Spent about 3 hour or more cleaning and drying the sofa. Martin, the Chrisitan Bros. employee, explained each step he was going to do, completed his work and left a very clean sofa. He was a super ambassador for his company from his work and his friendliness to his customers.

Victor did a great job. Before he started he inspected my furniture and showed me old stains that he thought might not come out. He spent a lot of time cleaning the furniture and it looked wonderful when he was done. Most of old stains did come out. Furniture hadn't been cleaned professionally in 9 years. Victor was very courteous, professional and efficient. He took his time to make sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. We were overdue for a cleaning and now our carpet and furniture look like new! Victor also made sure we received the follow up care instructions as well as detailed information on Christian Brothers methods of cleaning. Cat urine on my two new custom couches. Ohhhhh, the heartbreak. I spent two days making calls trying to get the right company. Since my very first phone call to Christian Brothers, I knew I had the right company. After discussing my options with my decorator and Christian Brothers, we decided to try and deodorize the pillows. I drive the couch and throw pillows to Christian Brothers office and they went to work. They first did a test one throw pillow and one couch pillow. The said they would to keep my posted with the results, which they did. Won't go into the specifics, but it was a lot of work. They were satisfied with the result, so we decided to go ahead. I went down to pick up the pillows 2 days later. The throw pillows had no smell left. Yes! I could still smell urine on the couch pillows. So, they put the pillows in something they put things that are in a fire to deodorize them. They called and said to come back and check on the pillows. I could still smell urine. I was so disappointed, but not in Christian Brothers. I simply could not have found a more professional company with such integrity. And that matters. It is easy to see why a customer would write a good review when the outcome is great. No brainer. But this company went up and beyond for me trying to get the odor out. There is absolutely no doubt that if the odor could have been removed, they are the ones that would have done it. I have told so many people they are the first company I would call to do carpet or upholstery cleaning I my home.

We are so impressed with Christian Brothers Cleaning and Restoration. Their crew arrived when scheduled and did an outstanding job cleaning our sofa and loveseat. The furniture looks like brand new, the way it did when we bought it. I had called Ethan Allen for a recommendation and then checked them out here on Angie's List. I would highly recommend them after seeing what a great job they did on our furniture. We will definitely use them again. The words honest, conscientious, knowledgeable, and nice come to mind and apply to Christian Brothers. It was obvious that they care about their clients and doing a good job is important to them. We'd give them an A+ in every category, if possible.

The gentleman who came out was on time, courteous, wore booties to protect my carpet, and cleaned up after himself. Unfortunately, my tile grout did not come out as clean as I expected. The company called to see f I was satisfied and I expressed my concerns over a small section of the grout. The owner himself came out that day and cleaned the grout until it looked as good as new. The owner was also on time, courteous, and apologized for not getting it right the first time. I was impressed with his attitude, his quick response, and his willingness to make things right. They have earned my future business!

They were fabulous. Our mattress was very expensive and the stains on the mattress would have voided the warranty. They came back twice, they sent the owner, and he worked on it. Now it is like a brand new mattress and the warranty has been extended for 20 years. They were professional, meticulous, prompt and on time. We held them to the highest standards and they exceeded that. I thought their pricing was very fair. At three months and six months they called back to see how things were with the mattress. They have good follow-up.

They told me that they would not re-drywall or paint the area after the mold remediation was complete, so that was to be expected. They cordoned off the corner of the garage where the mold existed with a thick plastic tarp. Instead of using painters tape or some other tape, they used very adhesive tape. When the tarp was removed, it pealed the paint AND the paper cover of the drywall off the wall, so I ended up with a larger section that I had to fix afterward than I expected. When I complained about the issue, they asked what they could do, but there was nothing to be done at that point. However, then they asked me to write a good review for them. That struck me as so wrong - like they really did not "get it". So, I would say that although they were punctual and the core work was done sufficiently, their customer service has room for improvement.

It could not have been better. From the time the gentleman came to give us a quote to the completion of the work by the technician, Christian Brothers was very courteous and professional. The quality of the work was exceptional. Our custom area rug was very expensive and we were concerned about having it cleaned. It is a light color and had many small spots from juice dropped by our grandchildren. They explained that by taking the rug to their facility, they could take special care in cleaning and drying. When they delivered the cleaned rug, it looked brand new. Just like when we first purchased it. We also have very light carpet. When they were finished cleaning, our carpet looked wonderful. The technician was very respectful of our house and furnishings. I will be referring them to our friends and neighbors.

The people at Christian Brothers are very nice. They explained things very well, over the phone and in person. They explained what they were going to do and did it. I understand that they are not miracle workers and they explain this fact, but after they were done, I thought they did a great job. I think they are a little pricey, but they seem to know their stuff. I felt like Martin took his time and took extra steps to make sure things would be as clean as they could be. These guys are top notch in my book!

They were wonderful. From the time they came to give the estimate to their follow, everything has been good. They called to make sure I was happy with the outcome. Everyone I have dealt with was very nice. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

They were great. They are extremely nice, helpful, they got the stain out, and they did an excellent job. I have nothing but nice things to say about them.

The outdoor seat cushions around our fire pit and fire place area came up like new! I was very happy with the detailed work on our outdoor sofa/club chair set. The efficient cleaning of fabrics improve/help with odor and no more dust, mildew and other allergens to worry about -Job well done! We are very happy with the trained upholstery technicians --- very nice/courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and they also gave us free advice on how to keep outdoor cushions clean/fading. Also, am thankful about the Drapery referral. Thank you, Christian Brothers!!!

The carpet was dirty and had tea stains. Afterwards it looked like new. We thought it was a miracle. Very efficient, courteous, professional staff. They were in and out quickly, with little disruption. Great experience. We will call them next time. Also, they called later to check if we were happy. We were very happy with their work and plan to call them next time we need a service they offer.

Very responsive, arrived within an hour and a half from our call early on Thursday morning. Follow through since has been excellent, incuding weekends, Proactively called and coordinated with the insurance company themselves. We would highly recommend them and will use the again.

Great company. Did a great job. The sales rep was knowledgeable and nice. The cleaning guy was awesome a nice guy who did a great job. They know their job and do it well. Also appreciated the fact that all of their employees have background checks. Did not think about it before, but anybody can buy a cleaning unit and call themselves a carpet cleaner including criminals. Going to only limit the companies I use to those who do background checks for now on. Anyway, they did a great job.

Very professional, courteous, and great job cleaning. I felt they really did everything right and explained their cleaning techniques as to why they clean some things certain ways. No worries at all with the quality of work or the professionalism. I was a little taken back by the price, but was hopeful that I would feel justified by the end. Perhaps it was that I did almost all of the moving of furniture and picking things up off the floor beforehand. Then it took 2 days for some parts to be dry enough to move furniture back onto (I don't remember the weather but I think it may have been such that it slowed the drying process).

Martin arrived when they said he would. Was very professional and considerate. Discussed the work that was to be done and then got right to work. I was very happy with the experience and results and will definitely use them again.

He used booties on his shoes to walk around before and after he cleaned the carpets. We have 2 dogs, and 3 kids. Our carpet gets dirty pretty quick. When Joel was finished, the carpet looked almost new. It smelled good, felt good, and looked good. Everyone at Christian Brothers were awesome, professional, and kind.

Christian Brothers did an AMAZING JOB! We had a toilet run water for 2 days. They were extremely prompt to assess the situation. The disinfected the area, which included dry wall. They were professional, very friendly and did a fantastic job!

Christian Brothers Cleaning & Restoration were quick. They left a deep cut mark in the wall, which was above where a countertop would end. So it was visible and will need to be repaired. When I called to tell them about that, there was no apology or admission that there was anything wrong. In fact, they downplayed it. I'm not pursuing it with them. As I recall, they were among the less expensive, but the whole process is totally overpriced. So, its hard to say. To me, it seemed like they were expensive, but they were cheaper than other companies. Apart from the gash in the kitchen wall, the quality of their work was fine. I was very disappointed in the cutting. If there was a supervisor, they overlooked that. They didn't go back to look at that. They never made any comment about it or anything. They were very responsive in the beginning, when getting the quote and making an appointment. They were very helpful in the beginning and very quick and prompt. They were prompt to answer my call after the work, but they were responsive in that sense. But as far as my complaint with them over the dash, they were not responsive.

We are staging our condo for sale and the bedroom and hall ways were a mess. We were considering replacing the carpet even though we bought the condo new seven years ago. We contacted Christian Brothers for an assessment of particularly bad areas, especially one are where our son had a large professional black speaker. We thought this area would never be clean. Christian Brothers came twice for evaluation and estimate. We accepted and the cleaning was performed in a very professional manner. The really bad spot came out better, but Charlie of Christian Brothers had a trick that worked very well. After cleaning the entire bedroom they applied an absorbent to the stain and instructed us to vacuum the area after 24 hours. This did it. Our condo's cleanliness and staging have really helped us sell. We even had a sign made up that stated the carpets were cleaned with "Green Materials." I highly recommend Christian Brothers.

Took a while to do the whole house, but done in a professional manner.

I had a pleasanta experience with the office staff when I made my first call to the company. They sent Joel out to look at my home and create an estimate which also a very positive experience. Then Martin showed up on time, he called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way. Martin was very polite, he was very through and concientious. He did a wonderful job, he explained everything he was doing, asked my permission to use the anti-fungal solution on the walls and ceilings in case I was sensitive to chemicals. He did a wonderful job and kept the work to the 3 hours that I requested and did more than I had requested, he worked quickly and efficiently.
