I very much appreciated Cameron's honest advice and the fact that he did not pressure me to have work done that I did not need.

It went very well. They are very thorough and leave fans in your house and come back later to pick them up. They are the only company that I've had do that. They acted very professional, were well dressed and had a professional approach.

Excellent service. Couch did not clean well, but we were warned that it might not. Carpets dried well even though we are in Point Loma.

Potatoes were burned until they became charcoal in the microwave oven. Smoke permeated everything in the kitchen and the odor spread through the whole house. When, after a week's time, the pungent odor of smoke and burned food had not diminished I called Gabe at Christian Brothers. He was professional, well informed, patient and accessible throughout the entire process. I have allergies to chemicals and fragrances . Gabe was kind, answered my many questions and concerns about the process and worked to design a treatment that would be sensitive to my health needs and be the best treatment for my budget. I was impressed with his carefulness with the furnishings when taking measurements for the estimate. I had confidence in the workers as well. The results were great. What a difference. Before the fire, I had planned to paint the kitchen. That will take care of the minute trace of odor in that paint. The rest of the house is clean, dust free and fresher than before the fire. What a relief to enjoy our home again. We're completely satisfied with the Christian Brothers company and recommend them.

They are fantastic! I've never run into a cleaning company that comes out on time. They say what they mean and mean what they say. They even move the furniture for us. Their employees are very well groomed and polite. We'll continue to use them in the future.

They do excellent work but they are extremely expensive. However, they are very good at what they do and we will continue to use them.

My experience with them was ok. It wasn't great, just alright. They are very expensive and say this is because of all the extra things they do. I'm perfectly happy with not having these extras and feel that they are over priced.

It turned out beautifully. They did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

Cameron came on time and did thorough inspection and gave me up front estimation. There was no hidden fees and he did excellent job. He took his time and even left couple of fan for drying carpets. Later when he came back to pick up the fans, he went over one more time and did spot treatment for some area. I also received a phone call from the owner for checking my satisfaction few days later. I highly recommend them and I will surely used their service in future.

The experience was superb. On time, on budget, and the place looks great. We couldn't have asked for more.

They came right out the next day and had the machines going for three or four days. They dried everything out.

We wanted the carpets in a recently purchased home to be steam cleaned. Christian Brothers provided a professional and through cleaning of the carpets throughout the our entire house. They were on time, curtious, and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Mark came out and gave us a competitive bid. He spent a lot of time explaining the details of their service and why they are different from other cleaners. Our carpets had not been cleaned in quite awhile and I wanted a thorough job. We had animal and people stains on the carpet - including some carpet that was light blue. I was thoroughly surprised when all of the stains were removed. Our carpet looks brand new and smells good, too!

This company is the epitome of professionalism. I have used their services several times before and can unequivocally state that they are a huge step above the typical carpet cleaning company. They always arrive on time, are meticulous, respectful and detailed in their work. There was accumulated dirt and dark areas in the traffic patterns of the carpet and area rugs which came completely clean. Extra effort was given to one stubborn spot where one of the dogs had an accident. There is not a trace of anything left anywhere. The carpets and rugs look wonderful. The weather was a bit chilly and damp so two large fans were left to help speed the drying process. The light-colored leather sofa and chair which are favorite rubbing areas for one of my three Labrador retrievers came amazingly clean, including the light stitching which was given a great deal of extra attention. In addition, my small older Persian rug needed some repair and special cleaning so Mark took it to Blatchford's San Diego Rug Cleaning Company. I had forgotten how really lovely the colors in the rug are. I now have small binder with specific information about the origin of this particular rug that was included as part of their service.

Excellent. This is a highly professional company. An estimator came out, actually took the area carpets with him to save a trip. The company called several times to confirm the appointment; serviceman arrived right on time; the work was done in an hour and a half I think. The serviceman was extremely efficient and very pleasant. The carpets were very, very dirty and required a large effort, especially as the end fringes required several cleanings. I highly recommend this company, I don't think you will find better or more courteous and efficient service. And the owner sent us a gift of a bag of avocadoes. Now that's customer service!

They did a great job. They had to rip up all the carpeting and dry everything out. It took them three days to rip out, let dry, and put the bath and hallway back together.

I think they did a great job, but they were a little pricey. I think that the guy that came to clean my carpets was pleasant and friendly. He was very professional and worked quickly, but still produced quality results. I would recommend them.

WE HAD BEEN RELUCTANT TO HAVE OUR CARPETING CLEANED BECAUSE OF ALL OF THE SCARY STORIES WE HAD HEARD ABOUT HOW SOME COMPANIES RUIN THE CARPETING WITH QUICK OVER THE TOP SERVICE. NOW THAT WE HAVE FOUND THIS COMPANY WE DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY. THE FEW SPOTS WE HAD ARE GONE, AND THEY DELIVERED ON EVERY PROMISE. YOU CAN USE THEM WITH CONFIDENCE.

WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH CAT URINE ON NEW CARPETING. HAVING USED CHRISTIAN BROTHERS IN THE PAST WE CALLED THEM AGAIN AND THEY APPLIED A SPECIAL ENZYME TO REMOVE THE URINE ODORS AND DISCOURAGE FURTHER DAMAGE.

THEY WERE REALLY GOOD. THEY ARE A REAL BUTTON-DOWN ORGANIZATION. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL DO A GREAT JOB, AND THEY DO.
