Description of Work: I called them to check my fireplace and make sure that everything was up to date and working in proper order. They were very friendly, professional, and assisted me on short notice. They recommended some upgrades and that was it, even left me an estimate but were not pushy at all. I'd definitely utilize their company again.

Description of Work: Chimney Sweeps performed a routine inspection of our fireplace and chimney. Being that we had purchased a new home we wanted to ensure the unit was safe to use. Chimney Sweeps climbed onto our roof to inspect the chimney and inside used a flashlight to look into the fireplace. They made a few recommendations which we opted to complete on our own. Prices seemed a bit high for the recommended work. Some of the recommendations seemed to be a stretch once we took a look for ourselves. Thankful for their professional opinion and would use again for an inspection. Clean process, knowledgeable and professional technician.

After they inspected the fireplace, an agreement was made as to what work needed to be performed, and it was done THAT day! Ariel was extremely detailed and patient when explaining the operation of the gas fireplace and made sure his instructions were understood before leaving. |A yearly maintenance agreement was established, and Chimney Sweeps, Inc. will definitely be used again, and recommended to family and friends.

Description of Work: very professional. Surveyed my fireplace and chimney. Found lots of things wrong that were never installed or were removed? and lots of potential for additional damage to the interior due to water damage from multiple entry sources. This is what I suspected and the reason I wanted the evaluation done for a reasonable fee. They had the additional time to fix all of the problems and completely clean my fireplace. They did not charge me for the inspection or cleaning. It was included with the repairs. Very satisfied I'm good to go for a long time.

Description of Work: Very professional and did an outstanding job. He was on time and identified additional issues that my chimney had and gave me a quote prior to starting work. He even offered to come back and help with any issues that would arise from the chimney and if I had any questions to call him.

Description of Work: During the chimney cleaning it was discovered that the top portion of the chimney was out of fire code and in dangerous condition in need of replacement. That is why the approx. cost is so high. But now I know I have a safe and up to code chimney.
