Description of Work: The initial inspection of the fireplace and chimney was excellent and the person sent out was on time, knowledgeable and personable. |We purchased new equipment and that installation went well except it was not the right gas unit. It has taken several emails and phone calls to finally get the right equipment installed.mthat is supposed to happen tomorrow. |I felt after the 1st installation that we went to the bottom of the priority list and I had not been very persistent, I would still be waiting. |I will say everyone I spoke to at the company was very nice and very professional and did call back when they said they would. I expected more after the initial visit as it went so well but ended up being disappointed thereafter. |

Description of Work: Completely useless. I felt ripped off and actually called a different chimney sweep after they left because I felt they were scam artists. So overall it was a terrible experience. They didn't even sweep the chimney which is what I paid for.

Description of Work: They were on time, clean and courteous. They explained the condition of my chimney and gave me an estimate to get it in good working condition. Very nice young guys, even my dogs liked them! |

Description of Work: They cleaned the chimney and found two birds. They inspected the cap and provided a quote that was about 10x more expensive than it should have been. We of course did not know they inflated the quote until we did some research after committing to the repairs. After the research we immediately canceled the service request and they refunded our down payment.

Description of Work: I have a fireplace I've never used in the 15 years I've lived in the house. I had it inspected so I could use this El Nino year. Chimney Sweeps were super responsive and found that the chimney did nto need to be cleaned but there was a problem with the cap and flue. They ordered the parts and actually came in earlier than expected. Chimney and fireplace are all set for the Winter

Description of Work: Having ignored my chimney for a decade or so, I decided to have a cleaning and inspection. After it was routinely cleaned, I was persuaded to order a new chimney cover and renovate the aging (31 year old) interior. Although I don't plan on building a fire, I opted for the full-scale renovation to bring the prefab chimney up to the fire code and minimize the possibility of birds seeking shelter, water damage from the impending El Nino and inadvertent fire from an outside source.

Description of Work: This is a family business and one of the family came out. After he inspected the chimney he gave us an immediate report on what he found. He made suggestions on how to fix some things that were broken and we appreciated it because we never have had done since we moved into the house. Though we can't immediately afford all that has to be done we appreciated knowing what we had to do. He was WONDERFUL and very professional.
