Description of Work: I purchased the $79 special to inspect and clean my chimney. The firm was punctual and professional. They determined that the chimney did not need cleaning. They did identify a problem outside and took photos of where flashing had separated from the chimney and roof so I could take the issue with evidence to my HOA. I asked them about getting a chimney cap on the chimney. They offered several options. I selected one, and they installed a cap in short order. Because the chimney did not need to be cleaned, they applied part of the money I had already paid to the installation of the chimney cap. The installation of the chimney cap seemed a little pricey, considering the cost of chimney caps, but that may be the going price. I was overall very pleased with them and would call them again if I had a problem with my chimney.
