Great workers overall.
Description of Work: My fireplace did not have a working damper, so I contacted this company to replace it. They workers arrived on time, and were very professional. They executed the work in a timely, and cleanly manner. However, I was not aware of the pricing, nor had I done research to see what a stainless steel chimney cap with a cap damper would cost. The entire project cost me $1,041.64, and here is the breakdown: $89 - cleaning; $413 - Stainless Steel Chimney Cap; $503 - Top Sealing Damper; $36.64 - Tax. The prices for the cap and sealing damper are outrageous. Had I taken some time to research the products available, I would have told them not to install their product. A similar product (cap and top sealing damper combined) sells at Home Depot for $229 total. Even if the price was $300 for the product they installed, they certainly over-charged me.
