They did a nice job. Several of the screens were very large and I used a special order screen material which you cannot even see when it is there. They were on schedule and the price was good.

Not only was the end product exactly what I wanted, but they were exactly on time for both the measuring and the delivery. They really know their stuff. They put rubber "buttons" under the glass and knew to reinforce the area of glass with the buttons where there was a clamp on the desk holding a computer screen. They had it ready when they said and accepted my credit card over the phone when they had a price for me. They weren't able to tell me the price when it was measured because the fellow who came wasn't from the office. If my experience is repeated, I wouldn't worry about being overcharged, although I guess you could decline the work when they call with the price. This is the second time I've used them and both times were just as impressive.

Two technicians arrived within the time window we agreed upon. Once they measured the window they found that they had to return to their store to custom cut a window. They returned promptly, removed the cracked window and installed the new one. They replaced the duette shade that they had removed from the window and everything was left free of debris. Their service was excellent, including the two phone conversations I had with the employees in the office.

The work was fine. Their price was good; I compared it to another company. They did everything on time and came back to make minor corrections. I have used them before. I had previously used a type of screen that overlays so bugs can't get in. I forgot about it and they didn't suggest it.

I submitted a quote request on this company's website. The following day, company president Steve Welsh replied with a quote and answers to some of my technical questions. At his suggestion, I visited the showroom to view the many obscure glass options and make a selection. Steve personally assisted me and answered more of my questions in a straightforward manner. After mulling the choices overnight, I wrote an E-mail message to Steve with my decisions and work order. He promptly confirmed the order. A couple of days later, a technician visited to confirm the measurements. The double-glazed units were ordered from the supplier and arrived in less than a week. The following day, another technician arrived on time and performed the work carefully, but in short order. He left the work site clean. Although I live in the South Bay quite a distance from their El Cajon office and two visits were necessary, I was not assessed a trip charge.

One of our shower doors was no longer sliding smoothly and appeared to be "out of square" with the frame. Hernando from BVG came out and adjusted it perfectly, but did something to the other door that made difficult to slide. After 2-3 phone calls for scheduling and a missed appointment, Hernando returned, made the second adjustment, and now all is well. BVG did not charge extra for the second visit.

We called and got an estimate over the phone of $150 and an appointment within the week. Alex, the representative from the company, showed up at the scheduled time. He was friendly, courteous and prepared. He examined the doors and explained what was causing the problem, it was a slight collapse in the middle of the frame. The sliding glass doors had to be dis-assembled completely in order for the repairs to be made. The price increase over the estimated price was due to the extra work required due to the complexity of the problem, which we understood. Alex continued to keep us informed throughout the repair process. We were very happy with the work and the price and would use this company again.

We found the glass top to be very good quality and the price was excellent. He was relable and knowledgeable.

The glass installer was on time. He replaced 2 of the windows no problem, but on the third window the glass was the wrong size. He told me he would reorder the glass and that I didn't have to pay until all three windows were installed to my satisfaction. Within two weeks, he called me back and came that day to install the glass. I was very satisfied with the work.

They were on time and accommodated my schedule. The work was completed promptly and they negotiated the price with me! I would hire them again.

They arrived on time and were polite and did the work quickly. They used tarps to cover my white carpeting but weren't careful when they picked it up and walked all over the carpet while replacing furniture. They were very reasonably priced, and with the exception of them walking on my white carpet, I was very satisfied with this company.

THE SALESPERSON, STEVE WELSH, DEFINITELY KNOWS THE BUSINESS. HE ANSWERED ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS. THIS WAS NOT AN EASY JOB, BUT IT WAS DONE PERFECTLY.

THE REPRESENTATIVE CAME OUT AND MEASURED AND INSTLLED MY SHOWER DOOR TO PERFECTION. MY SHOWER WAS A VERY UNUSUAL SHAPE AND IT LOOKS COMPLETELY CUSTOM. BEST GLASS DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB IN A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE BEST.

THIS IS A COMPANY THAT WE HAVE USED FOR YEARS FOR GLASS WINDOWS, SHOWER ENCLOSURES AND SCREENS. THEY DO AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR A GOOD PRICE. WHEN 2 SCREENS DIDN'T FIT RIGHT, THE WORKER WENT BACK AND MADE 2 MORE. HE BROUGHT THEM BACK THAT AFTERNOON.

VERY PUNCTUAL AND CHEAP; GOOD WORK AND GREAT PRICES. WOULD RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
