Aluminum City

When my wife and I decided to get a cover for our patio I asked my coworkers if they had any referrals. Two of them suggested Aluminum City so I got a quote. Of the three bids I received, Aluminum City was the lowest and after looking at their excellent online reviews we chose them. Red and his team were awesome! They arrived on time for both the quote and installation, clearly laid out my design options before installation and confirmed my choices again during the installation -- just to make sure we were on the same page. The only "surprise" throughout the process was when they called me two weeks before the installation to let me know that my materials were ready early so they could do the installation earlier (if I wanted). He and his crew were kind, courteous, respectful, careful, and took all the precautions one would hope for in these days of COVID. Throughout the installation I would check in to see how it was going and each time they would happily stop to answer my questions and check to see if I had any others. All of this is great but how is the patio cover, you ask? AMAZING! Seriously. My coworkers said these guys do good work and they were right! I love the new patio cover and let me tell you, they were meticulous. Every screw is in the right place, every gap sealed, all the exposed screw heads are painted with matching paint, with nothing bent, dented, or scratched. At the end of the installation they went over the entire thing just to look for scratches and fix them. They even called a few hours after the installation to see how I liked it and let me know to call them if I ever had any concerns or questions. Awesome! I simply cannot think of anything they could have done better. 10/10 would hire Aluminum City again.

Our existing cover was in 2 parts and was very large. (8 ft x 23 ft, and 18 ft x 24 ft). Red and his crew demolished and hauled away the entire original structure, except for the existing posts which were set in concrete and faced with stone. The demo itself was a huge job, and they banged it out in record time. The crew came early and stayed late, cleaning up every night and left the work site spotless. The installation went smoothly, and the few hiccups that occurred were dealt with promptly and thoroughly. The crew replaced the wiring and reinstalled the downlights, as well as the gas heater that was attached to the house. We were very pleased with the finished product. I decided to wait until after the winter rains to see how the aluminum cover looked before I wrote my review. We are beyond pleased with the results! I have done absolutely nothing to it--not ever hosed it off, and it still looks as good as the day it was installed! (See attached photos.) Red and his crew were professional, prompt, and friendly. I cannot recommend Aluminum City highly enough. It was a pleasure working with them!

Very well. Even though it was lightly raining the install only took one hour. The 3 man crew was prompt, kept up good communication, and the price was more than reasonable.

COMPLETED TWO DAY JOB IN ONE DAY. EXCELLENT CREW-CONTACT RED. ONCE COMPLETED, THEY CLEANED THE AREA BACK TO WAY WHEN THEY ARRIVED. WE HAD LEAKING PROBLEM DUE TO PREVIOUS PATIO AND ROOF LINE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW UP HANDLED ISSUE SATISFACTORILY.
