AGRICULTURAL PEST CONTROL SERVICES

Unfortunately, the person scheduled to come out and spray had a death in the family, so they had to call and reschedule. In my opinion that is a valid reason, so I would not mark them off for that. The results have been great. It has been 2 weeks since they were there, and I have had no problems with ants in the house. I plan to call them back for a monthly contract. I was very impressed that they did not try to sell me a monthly contract when I called the first time. They said that if I was satisfied with their service, I should call back in about 30 days and sign up for a monthly or semi-monthly plan.

Very well. Called up the company and made an appointment, service rep with fifteen years experience came out within the week. He proceeded to do a very thorough inspection of the attic crawl space including examining nesting areas and droppings. After almost an hour he stated his opinion was that I needed no new control or removal, as there was not evidence of a current active infestation. He did recommend a series of things I could do myself to prevent future infestation, including exclusion (plugging holes) and outdoor baiting. Very straight forward advice from a confident source not interested in taking my money unnecessarily.

My experience with Agricultural Pest Control was good. They were very responsive and efficient. Most importantly, they answered all of my questions about tenting a house for termites and were very sensitive to the fact that I had young children. The office staff were always very friendly and courteous on the phone. Agricultural Pest Control also treated another property for fleas and the experience was also very good. They gave me an honest assessment of what needed to be treated which ended up saving me money.

Josh determined that the area we suspected was indeed infested and he gave us an estimate of approx. $350. He indicated that if we got rid of the termites, they would more than likely infest the same area again. He recommended replacing the wood column as an option. The rest of the house was fine. Josh never pressured us at any time. We will be remodeling our home soon, so after the work has been completed, we will definitely call Josh again to come out and conduct another inspection just to make sure the termites haven't found another area to infest.

There was no work done. They were very professional. They recommended no work needing done.

IT WAS A GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I WOULD LOVE TO USE THEM AGAIN.

I contacted Agricultural Pest Control Services after observing what I believed were subterranean termites near my house. When the inspector arrived, he informed me that there were no signs of infestation in the structure and therefore no need for me to incur the considerable cost of subterranean treatment for a slab house. He also explained the signs of infestation for future reference. I was very impressed that he did not try to sell me a service I didn't need - despite my questions that clearly indicated I was not familiar with termites and how to deal with them. It showed integrity and because of that, I will contact this company first if I ever do have a termite problem that requires treatment.

They showed up on time and were competent. We did not go with him because our rodent problem was not so bad. The termite estimate was great as well but we did not go with them because we were not completely sure if we had a contract with another company. The price seemed quite high. We decided to go with the company we had used before regardless of whether or not they would do as good a job.

They were friendly and prompt calling after an email and came out the next day.

Damian was very responsive and knowledgable about subject. He removed a small hive, sprayed the area and they have not returned.

Josh Allen and Joel came out for an inspection for termites. They were on-time, very friendly, and honest. Josh was expert in his comments and he showed me where a few problems were presenting. These were all outside our home and fixable by means other than a full tenting procedure. He was also very helpful in terms of timing our next house tenting. We do not need to have an extermination done at this time and I really appreciated Joshs integrity and guidance. I will call them for another inspection and will use them when we do need to do preventive work. Very impressed with the two fine, honest young men. Thanks.

Outstanding! My ants were gone, but a few stragglers, the first day. I enjoyed working with this company from the first phone call. Receptionist was professional and friendly, technician was knowledgeable and competant and he showed up for the appointment EARLY! I will use this company again.

Tom was efficient and honest. He did not try padding the bill by stating interior work that was not needed. He told me when the bees would be completely gone and he was right on.

The representative who did the inspection was on time, did a good inspection job, provided a timely, competitive bid and answered follow-up questions. The problem came when I called the main office to cancel my extermination. Apparently, the message was not relayed.

The technician from Agricultural Pest Control was polite, prompt, professional, and friendly. He did not try to sell us extra services and, in fact, told us about things we could do ourselves. A very positive experience.

ARRIVED ON TIME. INSPECTION WAS THOROUGH, PROVIDED GOOD INFORMATION ON CONDITIONS AND THREATS, FOUND NO TERMITES. NO PITCH FOR UNNECESSARY SERVICES.

SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME IMMEDIATELY. THEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. FOUND DRY WOOD TERMITES AS I HAD EXPECTED, AND WILL BE FUMIGATING MY HOUSE. SCHEDULED DURING MY VACATION. ALSO, THEY FOUND, AND DESTROYED A WASP NEST FOR ME WITHOUT MY ASKING AT NO CHARGE.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS A GOOD ONE. THE ONLY PROBLEM WE FOUND OUT AFTER THE HOUSE HAD BEEN TENTED AND GASSED WAS THAT THE NEIGHBOR SAID OUR AIR CONDITIONING WAS RUNNING WHILE THE TENT WAS ON. THANKFULLY NOTHING HAPPENED, BUT WOULD HAVE LIKED A CHECK-OFF WITH THE IMPORTANT THINGS BEFORE LEAVING THE HOUSE. THEY MISSED ONE SMALL REPAIR SPOT, BUT CAME BACK OUT WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE AND FIXED IT. THE OFFICE TEAM WERE ESPECIALLY NICE AND HELPFUL.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE CARE THE MEN TOOK TO NOT DAMAGE ANY OF OUR OUTSIDE PLANTS. THEY ALSO WE VERY RESPONSIVE AND MET MY SCHEDULING NEEDS BEYOND MY EXPECTATION.

DAMIAN WAS THE TECHNICIAN AND HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE WAS QUITE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT RATS & INSECTS. HE QUICKLY SPOTTED SIGNS OF WHERE THEY WERE HANGING OUT, WHAT THEY WERE EATING, AND HOW THEY GOT INTO THE ROOF. HE THEN SAID MY TRAP LOCATIONS AND BAIT WERE OK, AND SHOWED ME WHERE SCREENS WOULD NEED TO BE PUT TO BLOCK ACCESS. AT THIS POINT I FIGURED HE HAD EARNED HIS FEE, BUT HE SAID THAT PART WAS FREE. SO, I HIRED HIM TO INSTALL THE SCREENS. HE ALSO ZAPPED A COUPLE OF WASP NESTS WHILE HE WAS UP THERE. THE MAIN POINT HERE IS HE COULD HAVE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF MY IGNORANCE AND CHARGED ME WHATEVER HE WANTED, BUT HE DIDN'T.

I HAD A HUGE ANT AND ROACH PROBLEM AND THIS COMPANY CAME IN A FIXED IT IN ONE FELL SWOOP. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS.

THE GENTLEMAN FROM THIS SERVICE TOLD US UP FRONT THAT HE DIDN'T KNOW IF HE COULD TAKE CARE OF OUR PROBLEM LONG TERM SINCE OUR BACK YARD SITS ON A CANYON. THE TREATMENT DID WORK TEMPORARILY AND HE DID RETURN BEFORE OUR GUARANTEE PERIOD WAS OVER AND RE-APPLIED THE GAS. THE PROBLEM DID IMPROVE. ALTHOUGH OUR PROBLEM WASN'T SOLVED, IT WASN'T THE FAULT OF THE SERVICE WE HIRED.

DON IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS ON TIME OR EARLY. HE SHOWED ME SPOTS WHERE THE RODENTS COULD BE ACCESSING THE HOUSE AND GAVE SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT. HE IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE FOR THE COMPANY!!

AGRICULTURAL PEST CONTROL SERVICES SET RAT TRAPS IN THE ATTIC AND COME OUT EVERY THREE DAYS TO CHECK THE TRAPS. THEY DETERMINE THE LOCATION THE PEST ARE ENTERING AND SEAL THE HOLES. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AT A FAIR PRICE.
