Description of Work: We had new raingutters put on our new construction. Affordable gave us a great price, did the work quickly, and did a great job that looks good and works well. They went to extra trouble to make sure that our "rain chain" was the appropriate length (took an extra trip and a replacement chain) at no charge. Over and above the raingutter work, the installer (I think his name was Tom) noticed my flyers for a pet tortoise missing from our back yard. During the installation, when I was out of the house at work, he was up on a 10 ft ladder, and saw a tortoise hidden in tall grass in my neighbor's yard. He located the flyer, called my cell phone, and asked me if my neighbor owned a tortoise as well--because if he didn't, he thought he might have spotted my runaway. Indeed it was my tortoise. He contacted the neighbor to arrange for its return and the runaway story ended very happily. He also refused to accept the reward mentioned on the flyer. I am very happy with the raingutter work and give Affordable an A+ for being good people as well!!
