Estimate was never sent nor did we ever hear from the company again.

Kameron Coleman made an appt. with me to inspect my home attic space and provide an estimate for insulation on Sat 3 May 2008. I gave him my cell phone number and asked that he call me when he was close to my home. No show, I called the company, left a voice mail. I left the house after waiting over 3 hours, with my cell phone. Nobody called me. When I finally reacdhed him, he was rude, denied any responsibility for screwing up, got angry and said "I'm not going to argue with you!" then hung up on me. That was it - no apology, no attempt to reschedule. Unprofessional, unreliable.

The job was completed within a week after my first phone call. The workers were on time and completed the job in about two hours. Very polite and left no mess.

Insulation was installed within 3 days of agreeing to contract. Took a little extra time to get a call back for an estimate from website (followed up with phone call)--total 2 days but was worth it.

I was looking to get an estimate on having insulation put into my attic. Chris, from Advanced Energy Insulation, and I called back and forth for a few days leaving voicemails. He only seemed to pick up messages once a day, so it made it more difficult to hook up. We finally set a meeting date and time. Due to my work schedule, I was going to be late (about 5-10 minutes), so I called the only number he gave me. I don't know if he has a cell phone. When I got home, he had left a message that he had forgotten about our meeting and was on his way to dinner north out of town and he could come on Wednesday (two days later) at a given time and that I should call him. I'm sorry, but forgetting our appt. for a dinner vs an emergency is extremely unprofessional. Additionally, I'm not the one who should have to call him. So I waited to see if he would call the next day to apologize, etc but not a word! I would never hire someone who is this irresponsible.

In rebuttal to an ''F'' grade given by a previous would-be client, I'm giving Chris Coucher an A+. He was right on time, first thing Monday morning, and I'm in Carlsbad, quite a drive from El Cajon. He gave a very thorough and professional evaluation of my insulation needs, and was extremely courteous even after determining that I didn't need any insulation at all.

I called this company and set up an appointment for Chris Croucher to come out and give me an estimate. The appointment was for later that same day. When he was two hours late for this appointment, I called and he said he had forgotten, but could be there in 15 minutes, which he was. I accepted his estimate and scheduled the work for two days later. The employee was to arrive for the job between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. At 2:00 PM, when nobody had shown up, I called the office again. Mr. Croucher said that he had forgotten to call me in the morning to reschedule the appointment. Needless to say, I did not reschedule! If they are this forgetful about their appointments, I'm not willing to risk that they are equally forgetful about how to do their work.

TERRIFIC WORK BY THIS A RATED FIRM THAT WE PICKED FROM ANGIE'S LIST. ALL THE OTHER INSULATION COMPANIES WE GOT QUOTES FROM WOULDN'T EVEN CONSIDER REPLACING OLD BLOWN INSULATION WITH NEW ROLLED INSULATION. THE REASON - BLOWING IS MUCH MUCH FASTER AND EASIER THAN ROLLING INSULATION INTO A 50 YEAR OLD HOUSE WITH A CRAMPED PITCHED ROOF ATTIC. MUCH MORE DIFFICULT TO DO. BUT ADVANCED ENERGY GAVE US A GREAT QUOTE, AND OVER TWO DAYS, DID THE JOB IN A SUPERB WORKMANLIKE FASHION. IT TOOK HOURS AND HOURS FOR THESE GUYS IN SEALED UP SUITS IN AN ATTIC IN THE SUMMER IN EAST COUNTY - IT WAS LITERALLY 125 DEGREES UP THERE WHILE THEY WERE WORKING. USE THEM WITH CONFIDENCE.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND WAS OUT TO INSTALL THE INSULATION WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DOING THE ESTIMATE. THIS WAS VERY IMPORTANT BEING THAT WE NEEDED IT DONE BEFORE THE AIR CONDITIONING PEOPLE CAME.

PAUL COLEMAN CAME AND INSULATED OUR WHOLE NEW ADDITION. HE WAS ON TIME AND GREAT PRICE.

PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE. WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEIR CLEANLINESS WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO US BECAUSE INSULATION CAN BE HARMFUL IF INHALED.

THEY DID ALL WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE JOB.

GREAT COMPANY AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ONE OF THE FEW INSULATION COMPANIES THAT KNEW HOW TO RETRO-FIT RADIANT BARRIER INSULATION IN THE CEILING TO GET THE NECESSARY REBATES TO NEW HOME OWNERS. MOST OF THE COMPANIES ARE WITHIN $100 OF EACH OTHER ON THE BIDS - SO GO FOR THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THIS COMPANY HAS IT, INCLUDING THE WORKMANSHIP AND CLEAN UP.
