Description of Work: Put a new roof on my home. It went really well.The only problem I had was during months after old roof nails fell down on our driveway.

Description of Work: Entire new roof! Flashing, new boards as needed, whatever was needed to last for 30 years. | |They were professional, courteous and kind, they kept my gates closed and picked up all of the mess!! AND they were able to get it done in 2 days, just in time for a wedding at the house. . | |I would definitely recommend them for any work you need done. | |

Description of Work: The price and workmanship were excellent. They started and completed the work when they said they would. The repair work for base under the old roof was fair, since I could not be there to see what they replaced. The only difficulty I had was in the ability to speak directly to the owner about the type of shingle used. It was a back and forth through voice messages or relayed through the office administrator - no email available and use only fax or US mail for estimates/invoices.

 + -1 moreI had Yanez Roofing put a new roof on our home. They did a great job but I kept finding rusty nails in my driveway so I called them several times and left messages just asking them to return my calls but they never did. I could of been calling with a recommendation for a new person wanting a new roof. I just kept picking up the nails until I hopefully got them all as I don't want a nail in my car tires.

 + -1 moreTHEY ARE THE NEATEST GROUP OF MEN I HAVE EVER MET. THEY WERE ALL SO RESPECTFUL. WHEN THEY SHOWED UP TO WORK THEY WORKED VERY HARD. THEY SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE AT 8AM, THEY FINISHED THE NEXT DAY BY NOON.
Description of Work: THEY TORE OFF THE OLD SHINGLES AND PUT ON NEW ONES.
