Make sure you watch them while they are working. I hired them to replace some termite infested fascia boards. There were a few others that obviously needed repaired but they ignored them. Once you sign the contract they will not make any adjustments while they start working . I now need to redo part of the work they completed. When asked to do fix some additional items, the reply was "it was not part of the contract". I would not hire them again.

He got it done quickly and he did a good job at a very good price!

POOR CONSTRUCTION WORK; DID NOT CLEAN UP AT THE END OF THE DAY EVEN AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS - ALWAYS A MESS; GROSSLY UNDERBID THE JOB; THE QUOTE WAS FOR THREE DAYS AT WHICH TIME HE HAD ONLY COMPLETED 1/3 OF THE JOB AND I FIRED HIM. HE PICKED THE LOWEST QUALITY OF WOOD FOR A CUSTOM REDWOOD HOUSE. THE WOOD HE SELECTED ENDED IN THE DUMP.

Brian came out, gave a reasonable estimate and had all the work completed in one day. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

This was my first time using Home Advisor. I feel like I hit a home run! Top Crew was amazing. They did a quality job and they did it right. They were totally reliable, hard working, polite, and fair. Both of my patio covers look better than new. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a quality job at a fair and reasonable price! I will be using them again to redo my outdoor lighting.
