The Mobile Screen Shop

This was most disappointing. I called and requested service 2 weeks ago and scheduled an appointment. Paul takes my information over the phone, which included the code for a lockbox because the property is vacant. He calls at 8am and leaves a message that he can't get in. I notice his call at the start of my shift at 9am and return it. He tells me I now have to wait another two weeks because he's busy. What kind of business punishes it's customers by making them wait an additional two weeks over a 1.5 hour delay in returning the call? VERY DISAPPOINTING. This person likes to tell you how successful he is, and then does this. HE DOES NOT CARE WHAT HIS CUSTOMERS NEEDS ARE, ONLY HIS OWN.

He got out here when I called him. It was something I needed urgent on a rental house and he came out in a very short order and he does the work right there on his truck. He was very neat, there was not anything left in my driveway or anything when he was done. He does quality work. I thought the price was reasonable.

He was here when he said he would be and I even had him come back to do others because I was so pleased! He was also very polite and professional!

Quick appointment, prompt, professional service, and quality work. I would recommend them for screen repair without hesitation.

He was prompt and knew what he was doing. He made an appointment to return to do something else. He just seemed competent.
