Description of Work: I bought a house that had been rented out for many years. Yard was a mess. Mr Yang gave me a realistic price to trim large tree, re-sod front & back yards, sort out all the sprinklers, rip out rose bushes, plant some new trees, ground cover. He's VERY diligent and takes a great deal of care over his work & that of his employees.
