+ -1 moreWe thought of replacing our carpet, which was 11 years old. We were recommended by our friend to try them. We are still amazed with their work. We can't believe that our carpet looks brand new now. They took about three hours to do the whole house carpet cleaning. They were on time. They finished the work when they said they were going to finish. They moved the stuffs that needed to be moved. I would use their service in the future should the need arise.

+ -1 moreExcellent. On Time, terrific job, Professional demeanor, moved the Furniture to Clean underneath, etc.. No "mushy" carpet afterwards; & was dry the next day. Heavy odor during Cleaning, but gone by the next day. Charged 1/2 what Others quoted. 100% satisfied, & will Recommend him to others.

+ -1 moreReturned my phone call promptly. Gave me estimate on the phone though when he saw how dirty the carpet was he increased the price $20 which was still a bargain! Next lowest estimate was $195.00! Yikes! Ron is professional, business-like, but Orange County casual. He did an excellent job on the carpets which were very, very dirty. Gave me helpful hints about carpet care as he cleaned. Very efficient and one heck of a nice guy! I plan to have him clean our carpets every 6 months. My husband is homebound due to illness. Ron was very kind and considerate, cleaning around him so he wasn't uncomfortable.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpet 3 rooms, one 6 foot sofa and one overstuffed occasional chair.
