He fixed the problem within 10 minutes. The first plumber wanted to replace everything AC and Furnace as he showed me a book of pictures with problems and also provided a quick loan with their company. I cannot remember the name of this co. when I do I will let you know.

Highs and Very Low Low's. Easy to make an appointment, first day for disconnect Chris (the owner) was right on time, quick/easy - great service. Unfortunately the granite company made a mistake, instead of reinstalling the following day they came out to reconnect. He was HOURS late, without calling and not returning my calls. Apparently a disconnect earlier that morning had run late. A few days later his son came out to perform the disconnect again, again late, as Chris was out of town it was difficult to make contact, but his son finally made it out later that day to take care of it. As he was leaving his son confirmed that he would be out first thing the following morning to do the reinstall. I waited for hours, no phone call. I called Chris and left multiple messages, no response. Finally the granite company called asking for final payment, as they had recommended the plumbers I refused to pay until the project was completed. They had more luck, receiving both calls and texts in response. I didn't hear from the plumber until the following day. It was still a few days until the plumbers were able to come out and complete the work. When I questioned the no show, the son informed me that he does not do the scheduling of appointments and therefore had never said they would be out that day when I waited around so long. Thankfully I work nights, so aside from a lack of sleep, and some frustration it didn't cost me anything extra to be available all day. Their prices were great and right on, and the work was very well done. But I would not use their services again based off of their incredibly poor communication and lack of professionalism when dealing with clients.

One thing that stood out that was really great about the guy from Quality Plumbing was I took a picture of what I was talking about and send it to him and based on the picture he was able to give me a more accurate estimate over the phone. Then, he came out and fixed everything when I wasn't even in the house. That was pretty cool; I didn't have to wait.

Went very well. Quality did a great job.

He never showed for the appointment and never called regarding my follow-up voice message.

I found qulity plumbing througha neighbor and gave them a call the Customer Service Was Excellent from the lady who answered the phone to the Plumber who came to my house His name was Chris and was the most knowledgeable plumber I have dealt with in my 66 years! I had proserv plumbing out first and their price was almost 3 times more than quality plumbing. I would definately Use them again for any other plumbing problemsI have!

No one showed up and the company never called. Estimated cost was $65.
