This outfit was well organized and professional. No hassles and big advantage for them having the skill set to repair damaged wood prior to house tenting. Highly recommended.

Preparing the house for the spraying was exhausting. The technician was on time and advised us to leave the house for 3 hours. He wasn't sure if it was actually bedbugs and afterwards we discovered he was right. The debris was not from bedbugs at all. $400 mistake on our part.

Project completed as scheduled. Worker was excellent, took special precautions not to create additional damage to walls while replacing the ceiling damage.

Andy can out the next day, gave me a very fair price on my wood replacement due to dry rot. Josh showed up next day and did a fantastic job. Would use them again in a heartbeat! Nice dealing with a company who does not screw you in your time of need.

They did a good job but did not go completely under the whole house as required by my contract with them. They were efficient in what they did, but I really wanted someone to go underneath the house and spray as we have sand and know the ants colonize.

We hired POW Exterminating to take care of a mouse issue. They installed wire and steel wool at areas where the rodents were getting in.

They kept the appointment time well. I am not sure that it is industry trend here but wish they have the warranty days after the services done.

I asked the company to set a trap for Skunks. An opossum was caught in the trap on a very hot day. I called the company early in the morning. By 2 PM, it was over 100 degrees, and the company had not responded. So I let the opossum go myself. I am glad the Skunk was not caught.

Worked hard to make appointment. Explained job thoroughly and completed it quickly.

This company can't get their story straight, cheated me out of one visit and mislead pricing.

They are based in Orange County so I would not recommend the pest control segment of their business for fellow San Diego residents. They have limited access during weekends so if an animal is trapped on a Friday evening it may take awhile for them to remove it. Also, my technician commented on how bad the traffic was each time he visited...making me feel bad that he had to drive that distance.

The office called me promptly and scheduled a service call. We were happy with Mark, he did an inspection around the exterior and then went into the attic. My only concern is that the girl in the office said the follow up calls would be for the next two Thursdays, but on the following Thursday we called Mark to see if he was coming and he said it wasn't scheduled. So the office needs to coordinate better with the field. Mark came back yesterday and also gave us a bid to fix a vent opening in the attic. We will continue to use this company in the future.

Received an initial treatment for ants and to a lesser extent spiders. All is well so far. They offered to come back for a follow-up treatment if I have any problems (none at this point). Also signed up for monthly treatments to keep the ants under control during the summer months when they are most active.

We are very happy with them! They are real pros and now are our ONLY termite company.
