Description of Work: I called July 13 to get an estimate for window glass replacement and left messages three times during the day. Tues a called was returned. I explained that I needed window glass replaced in four windows. The caller then asked the approximate sizes and I gave them. I then asked that he come out to take accurate measurements so as to get a price rather than get an over the phone ball park price. He said he would call Wed to set up a time. He never returned the call. If OC Windows does not want to do the work just say so.
