Bi-weekly house cleaning

The crew that came out were very thorough and did a very good job. I did ask that my trash and recyclables bin be left alone because cleaners have this habit of taking the trash with them. Sure enough, the recyclables were dumped in with some office trash and were going to be taken away. The city where I live has a good recycling program, so I want to avail of those services for which I pay and do my best to be environmentally conscientious. All in all, the did a very nice job.

OC Family cleaning services has been taking care of my house cleaning for several years, and they do a great job. Last week I had them follow up the cleaning with carpet cleaning. Luis came with his high-end equipment and a few helpers to clean and sanitize my carpets. The equipment use high-heat/steam to clean and sanitize, and Luis also used various pet-friendly sprays to get stubborn stains clean. The carpets look amazing, and my house actually smells noticeably fresher (it wasn't bad before, but we could tell it was cleaner!). Kudos to Luis and his team -- they really care about customer service and doing the job right!

He is professional in both the cleaning job & work ethic. I would highly recommend his service. Our driveway was blocked because of the pavement work. He contacted the HOA and tried very hard to get the job done. Pointed out what problems with our carpets. Did a wonderful job!! He also called and e-mail to confirm the appointment.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It was great. We were happy with it. I did not find the scheduling to be difficult. I would recommend them. The price was good.

He arrived promptly. Worked for two hours to turn my dirty living room/ dining room, hallway carpet into spotless splendor. Very careful. Gave extra attention to the edges. Very personable young man.

I purchased a deal from Angie's List for $89.00 to clean carpets for 3 rooms up to 900 sq. ft. I made several appointments that got cancelled, then finally firmed up the appointment for today. Louis is nice but was telling me that the trip was not worth the $89.00 and if I wanted to add any other rooms to the deal. I didn't want to add anything. He came anyways and decided that two rooms without the bathroom area were enough. The deal said that he would move light furniture. He moved one stool and one chair. He did put plastic under 3 chairs but he did not move them. He had me move 3 rugs in the bedroom. He completed the cleaning in an hour or so and left. He did a good job, but I think I'll go back to my guy in the future. Thank you Hoda

They were very professional. They pretreated the carpet and they were able to get out some pretty stubborn spots and the spots have not returned.

First off, the communication was terrible. I instructed them that it was not my house that needed to be serviced, but a condo I own. They ignored this and came to my house when i was not at home. They pounded on my neighbors door to figure out where i was, which did not make me happy. The carpet that needed to be cleaned is old, so I did not expect them to get all of the stains out. Before he steamed the carpet, he sprayed a very stinky cleaning solution all over my carpet. He sprayed so much of the stinky solution it started to pool up in the carpet. He then steamed the carpets, bu it did not get rid of the smell.The smell was unbearable in the condo, so i had to rush to have stanley steamer come to try to fix the problem. They'd located the puddles of solution which had saturated the carpet. They tried to remove it. Hours later the smell was still unbearable and my new tenants could not move in.. My only option was to replace the carpet, which i had to do. What started out as a $89 job ended up costing me more than $1400. The carpets were ruined from the horrible cleaning solution. The man's intentions were good, but the misuse of the solution was so excessive it made the situation unlivable. I want a refund of the $89 fee. It is asking very little considering the horrible outcome. The company has not responded to my complaint and apparently has no intention of responding.

He was great. He came in and did his job. The carpets looks really clean. He came on time and I had no problems at all. They did quality work and they didn't use a lot of soap in their cleaning the carpet. You could tell that they do quality service.

I call Today for A price estimate and i got a quick respond, and a great price. this job was done in the same date i called, this company use the right equipment for this type of jobs i am impress how this company works on the carpet cleaning he used a TRUCK MOUNT to clean Carpet was dry in about 30 Minutes. My traffic areas and spots are now completely CLEAN and FRESH. I Recommend this Company to anyone that need this type of Service. I would definitely call this company again.

Made a appointment for my carpet to get clean with oc family carpet cleaning. Had some very hard stains that were more likely not to come out of carpet. The consultant went over the detail and what products he was going to use. And how it was going to look after. Got the service and I am completely satisfied I would really use their service again and definitely recommend oc family carpet cleaning for your needs.
