Description of Work: Called OC BBQ to set up an appointment to repair the starter on my BBQ. I spoke with Louis, we discussed what was needed for the repair and I set up an appointment for the following Saturday between 2-3pm. Louis never showed for the appointment. I followed up with a telephone call to find out what happened. Never received a return call. Very unprofessional!!!!! Not happy to have wasted my time.
