Description of Work: I had several things done the past few years and am lucky enough to have the Nichols family as wonderful neighbors too! Services included removing 2 tall brick pillars and 3 30' wood beams from the front of my house, sealing my house safe from bee invasion, strengthening old fence, etc. Future projects are drywall and painting.

Description of Work: Bathroom remodel that included the installation of a new counter, new medicine cabinet, new shower and sink fixtures, new lighting, and handicap bars in the shower. James also removed all of the old items including shower doors in two bathrooms in anticipation of new ones arriving a few days later by another vendor. James is a perfectionist who always cleans up after himself and offers advice to save money.

Description of Work: James went out of his way to help me during a great time of need today. Many other 'handymen' on Angie's didn't even answer the phone! I only need a quick 10 minute job cutting off some metal strips sticking up out of a concrete patio. He was professional, brought the right tools & answered the phone every time I called even though his schedule was full today.

 + 0 moreJames Nichols was very personable and professional. He was able to determine about how many days my project would take to complete and he was pretty accurate. He also took care to clean up each day after he was finished and I appreciated that a lot as I have little ones. I found that he puts a lot of care into his work......it's beautiful and awesome! You can tell he is a perfectionist! We will be using him again and again. No complaints at all!!
Description of Work: We had our kitchen remodeled with crown molding, baseboards, cabinets, wall frames and also some plumbing work done in the kitchen and electrical with lighting.
