Jack did the repair to my spa heater even though we had not been in contact that day and I was not home. He left a note and the part that was replaced. My only issue was that I had been trying to finalize the repair and had not been able to contact him after he did not come by the previous week.

They provided a nice detailed email with all options on the quote. The rebuilt the motor instead of getting a new one which saved money. They are a good trustworthy family business. I would recommend them.

Jack spent well over an hour trouble shooting the heater, plus contacted other technical experts for their insight. Final outcome : the heater was not repairable, but I believe Jack gave it his best shot. He arrived on time, went right to work and was brand knowledgable. When it is time to replace the heater, I will give the business to Jack.
