Description of Work: Lake Forest Pool and Spa has done weekly maintenance and occasional repairs on our pool since we moved in a little over two years ago. They have been very helpful and we recommend them to anyone needing routine service or a pump or other hardware replacement.

Description of Work: Diagnosed the problem before he even opened the equipment cover on my spa. Kept blowing circut breaker, and finally stopped working altogether. Needed a new heater element. Spa is over 11 years old so finding a part was impossible. He ended up modifying the old part to get it to work again. Diagnosed it one day, put in the fixed part the next day. I was soaking in my spa that night.

+ -1 moreThe job seemed to go ok at completion. However, about 1 1/2 yrs. after completion three of my tiles fell off. I called to ask about replacement of tiles and they told me I would have to pay for service since my warranty expired after a year. I told them that I didn't feel I should pay for the job since this was due to inferior work. They held firm in their belief. My husband took off the 3 tiles and noticed that the cracks underneath were not filled and that the concrete filler under the tiles were crumbly and just fell apart. I would say that their work was inferior and the materials used did not appear to be of high quality if it just crumbled. I kind of worry about the rest of my tiles holding up now. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer relations. I feel that after they receive their money they don't really care about you as a client.

+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY WAS VERY THROUGH WITH THEIR WORK. THE INSTALLER SEEMED KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WAS VERY INFORMED OF THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED. HE GAVE ME FURTHER ADVISE ON THE SPA ITSELF.
Description of Work: REMOVE MOTOR OF SPA, REPLACE EXTENSION SHAFT AND MOTOR SEAL. REINSTALL PUMP AND TEST SYSTEM FOR LEAKS.
