IMPRESSIVE RESULTS CARPET CLEANING & 24 HOUR FLOOD

Excellent.

We are preparing our home to sell and Richard was recommended by someone else. So we called them. They were very responsive and did a great job on the carpet as well as the couches (two large ones). The price was less than quoted on the phone. Richard spent about 4 hours doing the job in this nearly 3,000 square foot home. He pre-sprayed the entire home to loosen the dirt. He left a blower on the stairs to get them dry as soon as possible. He had a trailer with all the equipment in it and had a system and process for cleaning that really works. I was called and kept up to date on expected arrival time.

Owner's wife called promptly to return the message I left and set up an appointment. Was able to schedule tow days after I called (this was the earliest I was available. The owner/operator showed up a few minutes before the scheduled time and gave me an estimate when he saw the job and measured the rooms. He told me which stains he was sure he could remove (including some rust stains) and warned me that some of the others might not come out completely. No pressure. I had him clean it even though I expected it not to clean completely. The results were not perfect but were much better than I expected him to be able to do and a tremendous improvement. I have used him twice before to clean carpets in my home in Placentia after he was recommended by a fastidious friend. Both those time were perfect.

We put our house on the market and asked Impressive Results to do the final cleaning before we moved out. Rich did a phenominal job, he was very efficient with his work, on time and met every expectation that we had.

He does a very good job. The carpets come up very clean. He is very professional and does exactly what he says he will do. He has great communication and offers good suggestions.
