I called them out to fix a leak in my existing 13 year old tankless water heater. I accepted the price to replace it then it was determined that the gas line needed to be replaced which drove the price up another $1000. The service rep stayed with it though I was w/o hot water for 4 days. My overall satisfaction was good. I was dissatisfied with the total cost and time to complete job.

They were very responsive to quote and were $1000 less than a competitor. They were quick to get me on their schedule explaining they could be done within 2-3 days and rushed right over to collect half of the job quote. The work was supposed to start the next day. It did not. Although I received a text at 11:30AM saying the crew had been on the job site since 9:30AM, it wasn't until 3PM when we ourselves went to see how it was coming, did we realize that nothing had been done at all! When I called Joel, he told me the crew had been to the wrong house. Really? And when did you find this out, I asked? Oh, "around noon", he replied. Wouldn't you think to call me as soon as you found this out? He said he was sorry. The next day they began digging and then stopped.Two days later I had to get the manager on the phone to find out what the problem was. At first it seemed like I was now getting somewhere however everyday, I would have to email for an update from the manager. (This is a rental property so we weren't on site). 8 days later we went by there again and found the holes had been filled in but there was a huge pile of dirt left in the middle of the yard with a tarp on it and broken sewer pipe laying around. I had to call the city inspector to find out if this was typical for the dirt not to be put back under the foundation where they pulled it from and he said no, they should put ALL the dirt back and if there's any left over, it should be mounded on the spot that they took it from so that it would eventually be worked back in with the rain. That made sense. I emailed their office again and 3 days later, received a notice that it was complete. The very next day I received a threatening email from their "Collections" Dept saying that if I didn't pay within 48 hours, they were filing a Mechanics Lien on the property. Are you kidding me??? After all the delays I've been through and follow ups I had to initiate, you're threatening ME??? The job that I was told would take 2-3 days, took 20 days, without any REASONABLE explanation and you have the nerve to threaten to turn me over to your attorney for collections? Their delay cost us hundreds of dollars in lost rent because of the unsanitary conditions that lingered longer than expected and we ended up losing a very good tenant over this whole fiasco. I'm a Realtor and Property Manager who deals with many wonderful companies throughout the year and rarely do I ever get fired up enough to write a negative review but this one threw me over the edge.

Vale was leaking between water meter & sprinkler system leaking a tremendous amount of water. I was called immediately and a technician was sent within two hours. Had no idea what the cost would be & it was an expensive repair. Adam was very professional & walked me through all the details & cost. Would recommend.

Oscar was very professional and did a quality job. While the cost was more than I was hoping for originally, the amount repairs needed and the 5-year warranty were in the final bill. The inclusion of the service plan also contributed to the higher cost. All in all a good experience.
