Sandor came to our house, got up on the roof to perform an inspection, and gave me an estimate on the spot. His team then followed up with a written report and estimate via email the next day. He was very nice and professional. We haven't made a decision about moving forward with the project yet, but I'd highly recommend Euro Roof.

The estimate was fair and the work was done quickly. The communication was off. It was hard to get ahold of them. The quality of work was fine.

The estimator really knows his stuff. I was impressed at his description of all that was wrong with the previous job (and we knew there were problems since it had leaked and that was why we were re-roofing). It was clear that he knew how to go about doing it the proper way - esp with regard to the transitional areas of our mutli-level roof (which are those that need the most care in the waterproofing part of it all). Also, there had been numerous shoddy areas of flashing before and he described how he would address them properly this time. His bid was fair, within the range of others. Once work began, the foreman was responsive to my questions and concerns - and fairly good at communicating the start and end times each day. (I also appreciate them working around my baby's naptime in terms of what part of the house they were banging on when.) Hardworking group of roofers, all of whom seemed to know there stuff. They cleaned up thoroughly each day, and esp at the end. With roofing, unless you yourself are an expert, you never REALLY know the extent of the quality of the work until time passes (or storms begin), but I was pleased at their level of professionalism, and believe that they did an excellent job.

I thought that the guy sounded knowledgeable. I didn't think that their warranty was great, so I had them extend it out for a year. I would say that generally, they were good quality.
