Great! The service provider performed a thorough check of my furnace/AC unit, even giving me information about the AC unit, which was at another location, which I did not know since I recently bought my condo.

I'm very pleased with them. They're the best service provider I've ever dealt with. They came in and immediately diagnosed my problem, and he was very thorough. They wound up replacing my furnace, and I was very pleased with the superb level of workmanship they showed. I was an electrician in the past, and they did better work than I ever did or saw anyone else do. I'd recommend them.

These guys did a very professional job of installing and testing a complete replacement of the AC and Furnace system. Their final price came in under their original estimate.

Tech arrived on time diagnosed problem and provided estimate in 30 min. Repairs were done and unit fixed quickly Tech also pointed out other potential problems and provided estimate. No pressure to perform additional work. very satisfied.

No fuss and no muss. Straightforward and professional with no hard sell of any kind. Bill analyzed the exterior unit efficiently, explained the issues and probably causes, and finally recommended to just refill the refrigerant. We would check the refrigerant level next year to see if there was any leakage. When replacing the filter, he brought to my attention the frayed insulation around the ducts in the attic, explained the issues with this, and said we should revisit the issue again when he came back around the Oct/Nov time frame when he'd inspect the heating unit. All repair and maintenance matters should go like this. Excellent, excellent experience.

Everything turned out well. The company was very responsive, the technician arrived on time, and I had no issues with the work that they did. They actually diagnosed that I needed a new furnace at that time, so I hired them to install the new unit for me as well.

I was very pleased with Bill's quick assessment of the problem with in an hour he had the equipment purchased brought back and installed he than gave me a clear understanding of what he was doing and why this happened he then evaluated the system to make sure everything else was okay he recommended a year maintenance plan so that other problems can be caught in advance and we can keep the equipment in good shape I agreed I was very pleased with the entire process the only thing I would say is on the invoice it would be helpful in understanding the bill if they would not only put the prices of the items and costs but also delineate and write in on the invoice the discounts that were part of the bill at the end of the day I would highly recommend this company and we had a very excellent experience

It went great. Let me begin by saying I was extremely satisfied with Dynamic Air service. It all began with with an advertised special from Angie's List and their A+ rating. So I decided to give it a try. The office was very accommodating and flexible with days and times that worked around my schedule. Dave was punctual, friendly and professional. As he was performing his duties, I was asking him questions about my unit. He was more than happy to answer them and also gave me helpful suggestions to keep my AC in top shape. I was expecting some minor repairs since we never serviced the unit when we bought the house 5 years ago. His diagnosis was positive and my AC was in great working order minus some minor cleaning he suggested I could do myself. He replaced my air filter. There was no pressure to buy any service from the company. He also explained a few features about my thermostat I had no idea what they were. This lead into a conversation regarding my wife's allergies. He then made some suggestions I might considered doing to help my wife's condition. There was no pressure in buying the service and said he would put it in his notes if we decide to do this service at a later time. Overall, I was very pleased wth Dynamic Air, will refer friends and family and will use them for all my AC needs.

Serviceman called a 1/2 hour after the appointment time to say he would be late. Howver, this was the only issue. Everthing else was great.

He was on time and very thorough. He was knowledgeable about AC/heater systems.

I call the provider and setup an appoint for thursday 8.00 . Next morning I get a call and been told that services cannot be performed as they don't deal with commercial restaurants. They could have told me in the beginning if so. Disappointed....

It went really well and we would use them again! They were on time and very professional. In changing the filters, they didn't use the cheapest kind - they used higher quality models.

They were supposed to was out our permanent filter, since they couldn't replace it, but they forgot and so did my husband. It was not worth calling them to come back. Otherwise they were great.

It was just a really good resource. They came out and they were on time. They did a great, professional job. They helped us with some planning. We've got an older furnace unit, so they helped with some planning on replacement as needed, but they saved us some money on what was needed right now. It was really good. We are going to arrange with them to come out for a six month check-up here again.

It was really good. He made some recommendations on some problems I had with the air conditioner so I was pretty happy with that. The service was excellent. He was knowledgeable. He followed up on the quote that I asked him to give me. If I ever decide to do what he recommended, I would use him.

Brian and Bill were absolutely great to work with. Excellent communication and took the time to explain everything to me about my current system and the new system. I was not pressured at all to buy a new system, but my discussions with them led me to realize that was the best decision given my home and situation with the existing units. Being an engineer, I asked all kinds of detailed questions about the sizing and ratings of the systems. Bill took over 30 minutes on the phone explaining everything to my satisfaction. When I still had further questions, Brian responded to my emails immediately. The install was very smooth and the installers were knowledgeable and polite. I could tell they knew their work and was impressed with the process they followed while installing and verifying the system. Bill came out and inspected my old unit. Good thing I got the new system, my heat exchange manifold was cracked, leaking CO into my home every time my heater ran. The new system is working great. It is quiet and seems much more efficient than my 25 year old prior system. Time will tell, but they offer a great warranty on top of the Maytag warranty. You can't go wrong with these guys. I would highly recommend.

Our heating systems are over 34 years old. The inspection discovered the downstairs furnace has a cracked heat exchanger. The upstairs furnace is an old obsolete model which was recalled many years ago (we had missed the notice) and was dangerous to operate. Glad we had the inspection.
