They came out within two weeks of me purchasing the deal. The service went great. They were very polite; they did what was included in the deal and didn't push for additional services. I also liked that they didn't abbreviate the service since it was a deal. They are going to come back for continued service with the furnace and check my air conditioner.

Work went quickly. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Made good recommendations and we will continue using their service.

Technicians were very professional and were able to explained what and why they were doing what they did.

Also, they installed an A/C unit. So far, so good!

Service provider had a quick response and professional; unfortunately, the Actual Thermostat they wanted to install was not the one represented in the 'Deal' ad; e.g., No color monitor, lesser quality/features & no model # given in ad to clarify actual product to be delivered. Dynamic Air stated Angie's List wrote the ad & Angie's List stated Dynamic provided info and approved the ad. Impossible for me to know who is responsible from where I sit. Angie's List has stated they will refund my purchase price...to be continued if not.

Excellent. Company president set up appointment same day of purchase of coupon and scheduled the appointment for my first available choice of date. Bill was on time and completed the job in less than one hour. Excellent experience; would definitely use Dynamic Air Services again.

Did the job on schedule and without a hitch. Bill was very responsive in answering questions and giving us as much time as necessary to explain things and demonstrate how to operate the system. Only snafu was a mixup about permits but it got cleared it up and the inspection was signed off without any problems.

Bill was on time for our appointment, which is a very important factor for me . He checked the furnace and showed me how much the filter needed to be replaced; it was nasty!! The unfortunate part for me, nothing Bill had to do with, is that the replacement filter is way bigger than the standard one. Prior to our discussion of the filter and the additional cost; Bill located where to obtain a new one. We discussed the issue and he went to pick it up, returned a few minutes later new filter in hand and installed it. Bill was upfront with me as to the cost and explained why the difference in pricing. Bill spent time with me and my husband explaining how to best use our HVAC system and even offered to come back if we had any questions. We are very happy we met Bill and Dynamic Air Services.

.Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. Set out and did his work quickly and efficiently. When the work was done he explained what he had done and we set up a contract with him to come back in 6 months and check our air-conditioning.

I love my new Maytag furnace! It's much more quiet than my old one, it has a better air filter (noticeable difference in air quality), and the ECM fan motor helps to balance the heat level throughout the house so it's more comfortable at all times with less fluctuation in temperature. I found the Dynamic Air team to be very professional, responsive, and genuinely nice to work with. Bill, the service specialist, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions. The process from beginning to end went smoothly, and the technician who did the installation took extra care to make sure everything was sealed up properly. They gave me a 10-year labor warranty (first annual maintenance is free!) on top of the Maytag 12-year parts warranty. I couldn't be happier!

Definitely an A. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable. It was everything expected, and more. They did a furnace tune up. They also cleaned it and installed a carbon monoxide sensor.

He arrived on time and did what I asked him to do. Unfortunately there was a large crack in the heater and he had to condemn it. That was ok because it was an old furnace. What I didnt like was his attitude. I told him I would get a 2nd opinion and he said he was only one of a few licensed to perform this type of inspection. His sales approach was lacking. I said that is fine, I almost got the feeling he thought I would immediatley want him to install a new unit. He gave me an estimate whcih was reasonable, but I went with someone else.

I was planning on getting a furnace tune-up before I started running the heater this season. I have been in this house for 10 years and never had it checked. I looked and found this deal, looked at their previous reviews, and went with it (I have been meaning to install a carbon monoxide detector for years and keep forgetting. This took care of it for me.). I got a response right away and it was scheduled immediately. The serviceman was professional and thorough and explained everything to me. He told me about my heater, what to expect from it, and what condition it is in (really good, especially for a 24 year old heater without any maintenance!). He didn't try to sell me anything or do any unnecessary work. He did bring up potentially getting on a maintenance contract at some point to do annual heater and a/c "pre-season" checks, the cost, and benefits. However, he did not push it and even told me he would send me the information later and even if I wanted to do it, I wouldn't pay until they actually showed up. So, the coupon works for them, getting in the door, providing good service, and sets the stage for future work, but they don't cheat you or try to con you into anything additional. I do need to have my a/c looked at (was planning on having it done this year and didn't get around to it), so I will be getting on board with them to ensure I get it done on time next year for a good price and good service.

It went fine. As I recall, that was just one of those free things that the electric company does. It was a good experience. I did not have any problems with them at all. They were polite, they came on time and all that. They seemed competent and knowledgeable. They went and did their job without a problem or an interruption of my life. It worked out lightly.

They were really in a position to where the they could have taken advantage but they did not. They were on time and I used them because they were local. The technician that came out was very professional and they were very honest and conservative. I would definitely use them again.
