Description of Work: First question asked "are you a current customer". My response was no and then I got the news that since I am not a current customer, they were booked for "several" weeks.

Description of Work: Not only was the work performed well but the AC GUY that came was excellent.

Description of Work: I purchased the big deal offer in order for them to come out and check my faultering air conditioning unit. I listed the type of unit and the best dates available. The next morning around 9:30am I received a call from them saying they don't service in-wall air conditioners and they sounded apologetic . They were prompt and very professional

Description of Work: They performed the "Tune Up" as described and then gave a list of suggested maintenance services that should be performed totaling over $300. Don't kid yourself, a tune up for A/C is just paying for a diagnosis of what is wrong with your A/C. It doesnt actually do anything. And the one thing I wanted them to do, add freon, they refused because they said it didnt make sense without the other stuff. Don't waste your money on a tune up.

Description of Work: The team - including new trainee - were very friendly and responsive when they arrived. I would not give them an A because they were late and we had to call to find out when they would arrive. They also did not have the right size screen even though we had to include that information when we booked the service. That being said, they were very informative about what they were doing and the condition of our unit.

Description of Work: The technician was great! Fast and efficient didn't try to sell me other services. Didn't leave any paperwork though. I would use again!

Description of Work: Dynamic Air came out for a promotional AC system service, which included replacement of the air filter. System check showed refrigerant to be low and they added about 5 lb of freon. They had no problem with me "shadowing" them and they were responsive to my questions.

Description of Work: They came in to do the a/c check-up. This was the first I'd had since 2008 so it was well over-due. I took advantage of Angie's special to get it done. Glad I did too, as the condenser switch on my nearly 20 year old unit was weak and starting to fail. I had it replaced, giving my a/c unit another 5 year lease on life :-) and it is working beautifully. I also took advantage of the opportunity to replace my indoor thermostat with a digital, easy to use one. And the filter was replaced. It was a good investment overall. Description of Work: Dynamic Air Services came to do a 'tune-up' to my relatively new system. It needed more coolant than expected, and they replaced a fan that was working at 50% capacity. It was more expensive than I was hoping for, but it's now working better than it ever has. I will definitely be using them again! They were very professional and well worth the price.

Description of Work: Don't remember the date for the service, it was sometime early this year. as for the cost it was one of those special deal that I caught. The guy was professional, but he did not bring booties as normally expected. that might be the only criticism I have.

Description of Work: Did a furnace inspection as per the special. Determined that the furnace was not safe to operate. Gave me a bid for a new furnace. I ended up buying the furnace and installation from another Angie's list provider, but I was very satisfied with Dynamic Air Services performance.

Description of Work: Heater tuneup special. They did exactly as promised and the heater works as new. We will follow up with them twice a year for cleaning and maintenance so the unit remains fully operational. We were very satisfied.
