Clever Concrete replaced our asphalt driveway here in a senior mobile home park. Juan always responded to all my questions and he gave two estimates based on a larger and smaller project. The workers cleared out and removed all the old material and set out the rebar on day one, poured the concrete on day two, and it looks great! Neighbors are looking at the work with the desire to hire Juan and his crew, and he was asked by several neighbors to give them an estimate. Can't do better than that!

They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They removed an old redwood deck, which they cleaned up and haled away. They then properly prepared the area and installed a large concrete patio slab. One other comment, these guys take great pride in the quality of work they perform, it shows in the finished job.
