Morgan actually drove back down to my area and fixed the problem, had it working beautifully in about an hour; needed a new Genie (he just happened to have one in his truck; and new remotes. Fantastic. Morgan, the owner of the company, was prompt to arrive and got the job done in less than an hour. He replaced both springs as they were both the same age and gave the entire door an inspection and fine tuning. I felt that his price for this service was fair and he offered a 10% discount coupon for Angie’s List members. Two thumbs up!!

I had already set up and appointment with another company on Angies List to install new garage door springs; but I was so impressed with Morgan the owner and his professionalism and knowledge that I decided to cancel the other appointment. Morgan said he would send over Jeremy in a couple of hours to evaluate what I needed. Jeremy showed on time he was awesome; he evaluated my situation and said that I had the wrong size springs for my heavy wood garage door. He ordered heavy duty springs and installed 3 days later he did a great job and I would highly recommend this company.

The installers arrived on time and did a great job removing the old lift up door and installing a new roll up door and motor drive. The workmanship and clean up were just fine. After installation I had a minor issue which was promptly taken care off. I would recommend Avaunt highly.

We needed a new garage door and motor. We did our research. After reading the 5-star reviews on Yelp and the A+ ratings on Angie’s List, we contacted Morgan Mead, owner of AVAUNT GARAGE DOORS INC. And we’re mighty glad we did. We got a few bids from garage door companies, but decided to go with Morgan, based on the warranty of products, his fair price, and the three-garage door manufacturers he sub-contracts with, all have SUPERIOR selections, depending on your budget. Avaunt supplies the installation. Morgan, makes purchasing a new garage door (and opener/motor- if you need one) a smooth-as-silk process, and goes out of his way to ensure you will be happy with your selection. He’s very professional, and his installer, Jeremy, is top-of-the-line. It took three hours (or a little less) to install the garage door and opener. Jeremy then showed us some tips to keep the door in top condition, while patiently answering all my questions. My husband and I are pleased with the finished product. Avaunt Garage Doors provided excellent customer service, arrived on time as scheduled, assessed what was necessary to be done, repaired and replaced what was needed and appropriate, costs were reasonable, they were knowledgeable and did a quality job while being helpful and pleasant the entire time. They even identified for us what should be done and what could be done at another time, leaving it up to us to decide how we wanted to proceed. I highly recommend this company.

I gave Avaunt a call because my garage door wouldn't open. Jeremy called me back and asked me to take a few pictures and send to him. After reviewing the pictures, Jeremy recommended an easy action I could try. It resolved the issue and my garage door worked again. Avaunt had the opportunity to make money off an easy job but instead they helped me to fix the issue saving me time and money. That is true customer service!

Very responsive, arrived at agreed time on the same day called. All work was performed in about an hour and the door works like new. Price was very reasonable. Thoroughly professional.

Door made a loud groaning noise when raised. I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days of calling. Avaunt representative showed up within the promised window. He quickly pinpointed the problem and, after the cleaning and oiling, the noise was gone.

A spring broke on our very old garage door. I took this as a sign that it needed to be replaced. Morgan came to the house shortly after I called and gave me a quote. The quote was reasonable and we decided to use Avaunt's services. Morgan fixed my spring while the new garage door was being ordered. Within a week, an appointment was made to install. The installers that completed the job were great. They were very friendly, helpful, and cleaned up after the job was finished. I would recommend Avaunt to anyone who has garage door needs.

garage door was off track (wheel not in the track) along with a busted cable pully. Morgan showed up as quickly as he could, and when he did it was within the window he said he would. One of our garage doors would stop in the process of opening. Having read the many positive reviews on Angies List I scheduled an appointment with Avaunt Garage Doors. Today Morgan arrived as scheduled, made the required repair, adjusted springs and tracks, lubricated hinges and tracks and made other miscellaneous adjustments. He explained every step in the process and assured me that my garage doors needed no new springs, rollers or other typical upcharge items. I appreciated his honesty and his patience with me as I watched what he was doing and asked probably too many questions. It was a breath of fresh air to experience a service provider who performed all the work that was required, no more and no less.

Morgan, arrived on time, had the job completed in under one hour. He obviously knew what he was doing, no wasted movement. He pleasantly answered my questions and the door has functioned perfectly since. When another Angie's list vendor called after I had already agreed to Avaunt's price, I explained that I had already sealed the deal. The other vendor asked me who got the job and when I told him Avaunt, he said he'll do a fine job for you. That impressed me not only about Avaunt but about the friendly competitor. I think that says something about the reviews and contacts on Angie's List. One final word about Avaunt, Morgan has been the only vendor in the past 4 vendors who asked me how I found him and honored without asking the deal that was posted. Great job Morgan.

For several months, I'd been having intermittant problems with my garage door opener. I checked the wire connections, lubed the hinges and rollers and increased the lift force, but could not resolve it. So I checked Angies List and called Avaunt. Their service was outstanding. Morgan (owner) promptly followed up and scheduled for Fred (technician) to come out. Fred was very personable and took time to thoroughly answer all my questions. In addition to replacing my existing Genie opener (under equipment warranty) with a new unit (including new chain, rail, sensors and console), I followed Fred's suggestions to replace the rollers and bottom door seal. Fred's service also included checking the door balance, lubricating the existing door hinges and new rollers, programing my car remote and extra hand remote (which I purchased), and educating me on practical use, maintanance and what to watch for.

The referral worked out splendidly. I sincerely respect Morgan's professionalism and honesty and would not hesitate to call on him next time I need help!

Morgan arrived on time. had parts to fix the sensors. added the pad on the front and did not try to upsell me anything. gave me info on new ones when my old unit failed. very professional. work done in 30-40 minutes. will def call him again if need garage help
